On our initial call we discussed my goals and how she can support the vision I have for myself and the journey of homeownership. Prior to Lillian, I worked with two other realtors who were more concerned about making the sale than whether it was the best fit for me. Within a day or so after my fist call with Lillian I received a thoroughly detailed excel document of the various properties I expressed an interest in, along with builder incentives. From that list alone, I was able to determine which to visit. Needless to say I saw the property on Thursday and a few days later sent my earnest-money. I prayed for a smooth process, God delivered and I met another Christian woman. On the day of closing she rearranged her schedule so that I would not be alone.
