Engel & Völkers - Davis & Hawbaker Team

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience with this company & will be working with them for all future buying & selling. Emily is amazing & I HIGHLY recommend her! This process was hard with the market being the way it is, but she stayed positive for me. She was quick to respond, organized, & so fast at setting up showings. She was truly a joy to work with!!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Michelle Miller for over a year, we highly recommend her. Michelle was very supportive of our decision making process. We had many issues with the builder/seller's agent and Michelle was a great advocate for us. She knew how to communicate well with the sellers during moments of frustration.

Fantastic experience: I was blessed to have Michelle as my agent when purchasing a house in Atlanta area! Michelle is passionate about her job, has a great personality and is very easy to work with. Her knowledge of the area by zip code helped a lot to limit my search to specific neighborhoods. Michelle always exceeded my expectations in efficient scheduling of property showings, and I also really appreciated Michelle driving me to the properties, even on a short notice, since I didn’t have a car. She pays a lot of attention to the condition of houses and, having the best interests of her clients at heart, provides valuable advice when it is solicited. Michelle knows sale/purchase process thoroughly and is always on top of all deadlines and necessary communication with all parties. Other members of Michelle’s team (loan officer, attorney’s office) also provide excellent service. Working with Michelle was truly a great experience!

Fantastic experience: My family and I worked with Hannah. She was absolutely amazing from day one! Even when we got discouraged she stayed positive and deligent throughout the entire process. In the end she found us a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Michelle who was absolutely amazing. She took us to many, many homes in the area and was always happy to answer any questions we had. She also helped us learn what to look for as first time homebuyers (i.e. rot, water stains, condensation in the windows). Michelle went above and beyond when we decided to put in our offer late on a Friday night. She was always available to talk through something and gave us the very best advice. And she has also offered to be available to us if we need anything going forward. I would (and have) absolutely recommend Michelle to any of my friends looking to buy a home.

Fantastic experience: Carlos was a fantastic realtor. He helped my husband and I find our first home in this competitive market. He had a strategy and game plan for us, which made it all possible. Everything was so smooth thanks to his knowledge and professionalism. He was flexible, understanding, & helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our deal was sealed! Would highly recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience buying my condo and it was all thanks to Lauren. She was incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had (and since this was my first time buying, there were a lot). She was available seemingly 24/7 and very prompt with her responses. And she never gave up making sure I found a place i was truly happy with. Will definitely use her again when it comes time to sell my current place and move on to a new one.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and professionalism from Michelle. She helped me quickly navigate through selling my home for a quick and seamless sale. A honest, friendly, and genuine agent I have referred others to her for her help.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience working with Gabby. She was so patient, always on top of everything.

Fantastic experience: The experience of my wife and I with locating and closing on our new condo in Atlanta GA was absolutely wonderful, thanks to Mr. Carlos Montoya. We couldn’t have had a better agent to assist us in finding the kind of home we were in search of. He listened to us, always kept us informed, and was very attentive to exactly what we were looking for, never trying to deviate from our desires. Also, we couldn’t have had a more courteous, compassionate, and professional individual than Mr. Montoya. And, he left no stone unturned to help us get exactly what we wanted. This firm is lucky to have him.

Fantastic experience: It was such a pleasure to work with Gabby. She was so attentive, helpful and always answered all my questions. She was on top of everything and made the process so easy and smooth!

Fantastic experience: We were so lucky to have found and worked with Michelle Miller for the purchase and sale of our homes. She is, hands down, the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is very responsive, patient, thorough, competent, and she had our best interests in mind throughout the processes of buying and selling. She never steered us wrong, from how to stage and photograph our home to how to price it and negotiate the sale to how to work with the sellers on the home we wanted to purchase, from the initial offer right up through closing. On top of all of that, she would check in with us often just to see how we were feeling and if we had questions or if there was anything she could do for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying and/or selling a home. She will not steer you wrong, and you will be delighted with her level of professionalism and service. She's wonderful.
