Fantastic experience: A friend referred me to a young realtor when I started looking for a home, I had several terrible experiences so when I came across George, I was a bit exhausted and frustrated. However, he was extremely professional and patient with me. He listened to everything that I requested for in my new home and within a few months we were able to set up a new built home buying experience. Throughout the years George kept in contact, always making sure that I was up-to-date with my home maintenance and winterizing my home-an important minimal task of a homeownership that saved me a lot in the long run. I don’t believe any other realtor would actually do that but George kept in contact and he was very responsive and informative throughout the years with his monthly email newsletters. Fast-forward 10 years. I decided to sell the home to move on and George was there to help me throughout the whole process step-by-step, making it the most stress-free experience. Within 10 days of my house being on the market we had a contract and home was sold. Fantastic experience: I started to work with George Davis in July 2025. He is incredibly responsive and went well above to bring in my home sale. Although there were some hiccups along the way, we finally got it done. Let me say that the hiccups had nothing to do with George. They were ironed out and we finally got to the finish line. So not only do you want someone who’s great when things are going smoothly, but you want someone who can attack the problem when things get a little rough and get you to closing. Normally I only write a review when things are bad…but this time I felt obligated to share my amazing experience with George Paul Davis (GP) and his real estate team. My wife and I were probably some of the most indecisive people as we didn’t know what house to buy or what area to live in. GP was extremely patient and thorough with us as he helped us find our dream house. Our finances didn’t work out the way we wanted and he did an excellent job of finding us what we wanted within our budget…literally a magician with the numbers. His expertise and professionalism was probably the deciding factor that separated him from other agents. I was selling my house and purchasing another home so I was subjected to other agents showing my home and they aren’t all the same. Seeing the mistakes from other agents and the limited questions they asked ensured me that GP was truly a master of his craft. If you’re looking for an agent I can’t recommend GP enough because he took a very difficult time in our lives and transformed it to one of the most memorable experiences to date. He literally went from just our agent, to a member of the family and invited to all the bbq’s. Again I never really write good reviews it GP definitely needed a shoutout for this. Fantastic experience: George Paul helped us purchase our new home and we couldn’t be more thankful he was referred to us. We moved to Georgia from Washington state and had to offer on a contingency basis until our previous home sold. On top of that, we used a VA loan and our lender was based out of California. Despite the challenges that come with all of that (VA, time zone difference, contingency, etc.) George Paul was ON IT! From virtual tours to being available pretty much around the clock. He prioritized ensuring we knew what was going on every step of the way and demonstrated a strong real estate knowledge base and even stronger negotiation skills. George Paul got us an offer accept on our dream home that checked every single box we gave him and at the end of the day, saved us a ton of money in closing costs + repairs by the seller after the inspection. He’s a genuinely kind person and took such an incredible amount of stress away from an already stressful situation. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and will be sure to use him for future real estate deals and refer any and all friends to him! 10/10!!

Negative experience: I fired Davis because he wasn't working in my best interest. He just wanted to make a deal at my expense! Very unprofessional. May be good at helping you buy a house. But my experience with him helping me sell my house was horrible. Update: Since parting ways with Mr. Davis he has found ways to discourage potential buyers from purchasing my home. And has also sent me harrasing messages since I parted ways from him. I would NOT recommend working with this guy at all. I wish had of noticed how far apart the reviews are. Makes me wonder about the sales in-between these reviews. Beware Update 3/10/24 As shown below in photo Mr. Davis continues to harass me. I will be filling a complaint. He also called a buyer to try to scare them off with his mold story. I've since got the home certified mold free because Mr. Davis devious actions. His comments on the photo are in gray. Unprofessional. Nothing is fake. You can tell by his tone and name calling he's guilty. I have house to sell. He's not been my realtor for 4 months. Clearly you can see who's bitter.
