I called them one evening after another realtor set up a time and place to meet me and she didnt show up. she called me an hour later than the appointment time and I told her it was too late. I am from Newport Beach and was leaving on a plane to go back home the very next morning. I started calling after the women stood me up and left a message with a few realtors to get this thing going fast and Andy called me back that evening and arranged to meet with me (with his brother Ben) early the next morning. we met, got along., they both had energy and already did some electronic internet assessment of the condo before they met with me. Fantastic experience: Andy and Ben make a great team. They are clear on what, when and how of things. I was in a haste to sell but they helped me understand when is the right time. To me it looked like a close call cos it was a short market but when we met they already had a plan with exact dates on when to do what to get the property market ready. And every single date they planned was met during execution resulting in the property being marketed on promised date. The way they worked on it, I had over 40+ showings within first 6 days with more than half being private showings. And, even before them officially letting agents know on offer date, we received 4 offers on 7th day. They walked me through each offer with pros and cons. They themselves suggested what offers we can talk through and negotiate and close the deal. That too they were able to close the same night with the price more than my initial expectation. To my surprise we had an accepted offer within 7 days of listing (and closed within 28 days of listing) cos I could see numerous properties listed around my area with lower list price waiting for a good offer for over 2-3 months. However, my son saw a home that he thought we would be interested in, so I phoned Andy to see if he could get us in to see the place.
