Fantastic experience: Connie was amazing in helping us buy our first home! She is a great listener and really understood our needs. We initially looked at homes in-person with her, but coming from out-of-state, she also went to many homes on our behalf and sent us video walkthroughs. We offered on the home we ultimately bought without seeing it in-person because we knew we could trust Connie's judgement and that she understood our needs. We had so many questions and she was always responsive to texts or calls. In a competitive market, she really helped us navigate when to negotiate and when to walk away. She sold our home very fast and negotiated a great deal where we were happy. We feel like we got top dollar for our home. We had found another home that we were interested in and it was a for sale by owner who didn't want to use a realtor. We wanted to use Connie none the less. She negotiated the deal and helped us worth things we wouldn't have been aware of. She's definitely worth the call and having her as your agent! Her years of experience makes her the best around! Thanks Connie for helping us into our home!
