AVO Real Estate - Ali Van Orden

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended AVO real estate if you are looking for a realtor! My husband and I are first time home buyers. We worked with Josh and Ali and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning they both helped make the overwhelming process feel so much easier. They were always happy to answer any questions for us and went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home! The whole AVO team was there for us during the whole process and made it so smooth and stress free! We are so grateful for all their hard work and are so happy with our first home!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time purchasing a home and if it wasn’t for our realtor Josh being so communicative We probably would have been very lost in the process. Josh is such a great realtor. He made sure that all of mine and my families questions were answered. He Never let us be in the dark about any situation. He was always crystal clear and made sure that we understood what was going on. If you’re looking for a review on whether or not you should go with this company or with Josh Then, hopefully this is helpful enough for you to know that you can trust them and everything will be taken care of. He’s a wonderful realtor.

Fantastic experience: Josh and Ali helped me buy a home that is perfect for what I need! They were great to work with and probably the only people who could have gotten the job done for me with this particular house. I'm relieved my time and money for inspections etc didn't go to waste and overall, it was a great experience! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Ali did a great job. She went above and beyond to help me with repairs and services at our house. She was always polite and willing to help

Fantastic experience: Buying a house is always very stressful. Josh made this process very smooth for us. He was always there to answer any questions we had. Very professional, nice and willing to go beyond our needs. I recommend AVO Real State - Ali Van Orden .

Fantastic experience: The AVO team was a true asset to have by our side. Always there when you needed them, kind, courteous and understanding to our every need. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Ali and her team were absolutely amazing, I cannot recommend them enough. She communicated clearly and helped us step through step in the sell, and the purchase of our new home. The entire process was seamless. Thank you Ali!!

Fantastic experience: Our realtor, Ali, was completely amazing and helpful. She gave us the insights of the locations which helped us find our house. After we moved in she texted us on occasion to see how we like the house and make sure there aren’t any issues to our concerns. If looking for a realtor I highly recommend, Ali.

Fantastic experience: Ali and Josh were great to work with! Josh was the one who listed our home. He was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, which made it so easy as we moved out of state during our sale. He also had great connections to help us with repairs. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad we found Ali and Josh. We gave them a tall order - help us to find a house, from out of state, and in short order. Not only did they deliver just that, but they did so with exceptional service and grace. All of their contacts were top notch, and we were able to close in 30 days. They were so kind to my family - we really felt like they took care of us. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: I have worked with multiple real estate agents in the past and from experience I’d Ali is great to work with. She has great insight, very informative, professional, helpful, and versatile in helping me find and identify what fits my needs. I plan to use her again and would recommend her to the closest of family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Working with Josh to sell our home was a fantastic and seamless experience. Living out of state and trying to sell a home while we are 12 hours away seemed daunting and stressful, but with Josh it was so easy. Professional. Extremely communicative. Honest. Real. We were in the hands of not only a true professional, but a really good human. We can’t thank him and his team enough.

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to begin! Josh was absolutely amazing and hands down the best!!! Within the first few minutes after reaching out to them I got a text and phone call and from there they had (and will always have) our business. I will not use anyone else. I was little nervous being out of state and not knowing what to expect but Josh made sure everything would go perfect. He was so knowledgeable with everything and also has a lot of local contacts which were very helpful. He went above and beyond with everything that we requested. We drove to Island Park to see some lots and within a day we go the lot we wanted under contract! He was always available anytime of the day and night, quick to respond to calls and texts, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. He always made sure we were happy and was willing to do anything for us. I HIGHLY recommend AVO Real Estate if you are looking to buy a lot or purchase a home! We will for sure be using them again in the future! If there were more than 5 starts then they would definitely get it!

Fantastic experience: After selling & buying our two previous homes with other realtors, we had sworn we would never use another one. We even tried selling our house for sale by owner, but when it took longer than expected, we decided to give Josh & Ali a call and we are so glad we did. From the moment he stepped in, the process was nothing but smooth sailing. He took care of everything: professional photography, listings, marketing, and all the details that go into selling a home. We were under contract and sold within a great timeframe, and every bump in the negotiation process was handled by Josh with professionalism and efficiency. He kept us informed every step of the way and always made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do to keep things moving forward. Although Josh didn’t change my mind about working with all realtors, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Fantastic experience: Ali was amazing, very helpful, not only during the process of purchasing a home in Idaho while residing in Alaska but after. Checking in to see how we were doing and giving a list of recommendations locally. Very welcoming as a local, Quick to respond and answer questions, if she didn't know or was unsure about information she looked into it and always got back to me in a timely matter. I felt like we were her top priority. Thank you Ali! If I could give you six stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Ali was a pleasure to work with. She was attentive, responsive, and helpful through both the process of selling our home and getting our new one! I highly recommend her and feel confident you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Josh and Ali are rock stars! I sold my house with the Van Ordens from 3 states away and Josh took point on everything that needed to be taken care of to get the house sold. Many beers are owed!

Fantastic experience: Ali and Josh have been spectacular to work with from day one and with their expertise I was able to sell my house quickly! Also they are super friendly and personable and I think that's important when working with realtors. With their detailed market research they presented during the initial consultation, the starting selling price they recommended definitely helped in selling to ensure i was getting as much as I could (with the recent renovations) , but also priced in a way that I could sell fast. I mainly communicated with Josh and he kept me updated throughout the process and answered all of my questions! I highly recommend AVO real estate for all of your real estate needs!

Fantastic experience: We used AVO Real Estate to buy our first home. Josh was so knowledgeable and great to work with. He definitely knows his stuff and is a good listener, great at communicating and is supportive of one's thoughts and feelings. He also has great perspective and wisdom that he is willing to impart. He definitely got the job done and did it so well. Being a newbie with home buying, he definitely made it easy. He also has people who are super great resources. The loan officer he hooked us up with, Derek, was so knowledgeable. He knows his stuff so well and can answer questions and give great perspective and advice. I would say to anyone looking for a realtor to go with these guys. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Josh and Ali were great to work with! They walked us through both the selling and buying processes and were so helpful! We mainly worked with Josh and he was always willing to help, answer questions, and made sure the process went smoothly! Highly reccomend!

Fantastic experience: I linked up with Josh over the phone initially while I was out of the state looking at a property online . He definitely took time as we engaged in substantive dialogue for nearly an hour , answering my questions in detail and speaking very honestly about the dynamic of both the property and the buying experience in the area . I flew up and met Josh at the property several days later .. we literally spent 6 hours going through the house and having very comfortable dialogue about making an offer , subsequently getting under contract within a day. Josh is personable, very easy to talk with , forth coming and above all a man of integrity. I sincerely felt blessed to have him taking care of me .. I closed within two weeks of meeting him and have nothing but praise to offer about how I was treated throught the entire experience . I also got a friend out the deal and I will be seeing him and his family on a regular.. there was no cutting and running after the business transaction .. he didn't disregard and move on to the next one .. we stayed in touch and I believe we always will largely because of his character and the fact that he was invested in looking out for me first. That I will not forget . Mega hand pounds and infinite gratitude to Josh Van Orden. Im now living in utopia. Phil Hayes

Fantastic experience: Josh Van Orden assisted me with a land purchase in the Furth and he did an OUTSTANDING job. It was all in all a great company to work with. I will definitely be recommending him time and time again. (John Piccolo)

She sent available properties (updated daily), scheduled walk throughs around our schedules and made herself available for any and all additional appointments. She’s easy to reach, always responding quickly and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is accurate. Having connections in the community, she also makes it incredibly easy to schedule additional work, get recommendations and make sure others stay on top of their tasks. She’s my absolute go to for an agent.

Fantastic experience: Josh helped us sell our house and purchase a new home. Josh and Ali were very patient explaining the process of transitioning from our first home, and the process of buying a new house. They are patient, knowledgeable, and conscientious. It was a pleasure to do business with the AVO team!

Fantastic experience: Ali and Josh were absolutely awesome in buying a home in Idaho. Buying a home is a lot of stress in itself and then to add more stress when buying from another state. To top that, we were also selling our home in Nevada and closing escrow a day apart. Three trips from Nevada to Idaho looking at homes while making last minute changes, didn’t effect Ali or Josh one bit. Last minute miscommunications from our lender almost caused a disaster while we were moving from Nevada to Idaho. Ali was able to figure out the miscommunication from our lender to the title company and we were able to close as originally planned. We can't thank Ali, Josh and their staff enough for everything they have done for us. If we ever need a realtor again, they will be on speed dial. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic experience: Ali and Josh are incredible to work with. They work so hard to make sure you understand what’s going on and are happy! We will be forever clients of theirs!

Fantastic experience: Ali and Josh have been awesome helping us through the home buying process. They are great people and they know what they’re talking about. As first time home buyers, we really didn’t know much, and they have been great at answering our questions and giving suggestions along the way. Also, they are supportive of our decisions and in doing what we feel is best for our family with such a big purchase. We really appreciate what they both have done for us and will continue to work with them!

Fantastic experience: Ali was amazing!! She was super responsive, knowledgeable and super sweet! We can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Ali was such an expert when it came to selling our land in Rigby. She sold multiple parcels for us and it was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. I would highly recommend using Ali for all your real estate needs and we will continue to use her in the future.

Fantastic experience: Ali is Fantastic !!! She is knowledgeable, knows the local market, experienced, and all around amazing ! I would highly recommend her !

Fantastic experience: After couple months house haunting in IF, we were desperate until we found Ali. Ali is considerate and thoughtful. She let us feel she is on our side and understand what we needs. She also introduced a better lender to us to fit our situation. We couldn’t do this without her to get our first home. She is the best agent in town. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Ali, is the best! She’s compassionate and patient. My wife and I have had agents who were pushy and anxious to make a sale. It sometimes feels they are not on your side. Not Ali, she is a true ally in finding your perfect home and will work hard to get you the best deal on the place you love!

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Ali for being a very helpful and empathetic realtor who focuses not only on her side but also on her clients. She did a great job mediating with others and reaching a deal that worked well for all. Also, it is worth mentioning that she had patience with all the questions I had given, and my knowledge on the matter was zero. Ali helped me better understand each step of the process and all the information I needed to get the correct deal. She was efficient, cooperative, and answered my message fast. We could close without any issue or delay thanks to her work. I recommend going to her directly, avoiding mediators. It can save you time and stress and make things easier.

Fantastic experience: Ali was a great help in our purchas of a home where we were from out of state and couldn't be there very much. Went above and beyond in being our eyes and ears and helping us take care of things and made the process simple and easy.

Fantastic experience: Ali is very thoughtful, kind, patient, observant, and is great at communicating. I highly recommend her and would definitely work with Ali in the future myself..

Fantastic experience: Ali Van Orden was our agent to sell my deceased mother's house in Idaho Falls. She went above and beyond the call of duty and always had a pleasant attitude in a difficult situation. The house was not an easy house to sell, but her help, advice and resources, as well as her sunny disposition were invaluable to us. We do not live locally which made it even more challenging. It took longer than we wanted, but that wasn't her fault. The house had several issues that needed to be addressed to sell. Also it wasn't the greatest market to sell in. I highly recommend Ali Van Orden to help you buy or sell a property!

Fantastic experience: Ali is amazing to work with. I have used her twice in 3 years. I used her to buy my first home, then again to sell and buy a new home. She is thorough, attentive and very quick to respond. She is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Fantastic experience: Coming from Arizona, we did not know a lot about Idaho falls and the surrounding areas. Ali was a wealth of knowledge and stuck with us through our year long journey to find our beautiful home.

Fantastic experience: Ali and her staff were most helpful in our selling our home nice and quick, and for a good price.

Fantastic experience: Met Ali sight un seen, excellent realtor I would have to say the best in the business. She is always in communication 100%. We had a tough seller back-and-forth way too many times, Ali was there every step of the way. She made it very pleasant and was our first home that we have ever purchased. Thank you, Ali.

Fantastic experience: As first-time home buyers, Ali made the process of buying a house as seamless as possible. She answered all of our questions (there were many), advocated for us & got us in a perfect home! Thanks for being in our corner Ali!

Fantastic experience: Ali worked with me for almost two years while searching for the right home. She was always easy to get hold of for questions and extremely patient during dozens of walk downs through homes, as well as searches online. Ali jumped in right away to help me close the deal on my new home in February when the decision and offer had to be made immediately. I couldn’t be happier with it!! Excellent example of a hard-working realtor who knows the business, and just a great person overall. Thank you for hanging in there with me through this process!
