Fantastic experience: We would drive around checking out neighborhoods, homes for sale and calling the realtors listed on the for sale signs. We had a few realtors show us the homes they were advertising 2-7 days later. Some never responded, one kept us waiting almost an hour at an appointment that he scheduled. The only one that responded immediately and had us inside the house within 20 minutes was Chuck. We didn't expect that! It was totally impressive! Then he stayed intouch with us, offering his assistance during our journey. When my spouse said, "okay we are now ready to purchase a our new house, which realtor are we going with?" Fantastic experience: We had a great experience working with BHG. We closed on our home 3 weeks ago. It was a smooth ride even though there were obstacles. Our realtor was Daniel Higginbottom. He wasn't an absolute professional and made us feel like we were his only clients. Daniel made sure we covered our bases on each step of the process. I would recommend him and BHG to anyone looking for a realtor.

He helped us through the worst scenario purchase ( our home sale fell apart at the closing table while moving our family to SC from FL) He worked quickly to help us rent the home we were to buy till we could get our FL home sold. Negative experience: Please read the recent reviews prior to using this company for your real estate needs especially if you are a out of area buyer. This is the worst real estate company period. Their agents do not take the time to get to know your or explain the contract that they put in front of you. If a deal goes bad you are the one left holding the bag with thousand of dollars out the door. From the agent to the broker they do not care about your family's best interests or making things right. Do yourself a favor and go with another brokerage firm. It will save you time, money and heartbreak.

Negative experience: Wow, sitting in the car with my nephew I heard one of your real estate agents Tex be very rude and unprofessional. My nephew informed him he didn't want to work with him, and the tone and aggression from Tex was super uncalled for. My nephew is laid back but I will not tolerate that type of unprofessional and disrespect with threats. I will be reaching out to the owner of this company personally!!!

Fantastic experience: If you don't own a home now is a good time to buy. You only need over a 700 credit score. I spent less than $1200 (yes that's twelve hundred) to buy my house and move in. Pierce and the staff here are ready to help anyone who doesn't have the home purchasing experience and walk you thru the process. They are very professional and knowledgeable and they look forward to helping you get into your first house. They will also get you into financing with Benchmark mortgage who were also extremely helpful for 1st time home buyers too. Don't waste your money paying rent for someone else's mortgage buy your own house and start building your own credit with your own home.
