Fantastic experience: My experience with Brandyn H. has been extremely positive. He is extremely organized, responsive, and is just very easy to work with. He has been helping me with my rental properties over many years, whether it is to help with finding renters or assisting with turnovers at the condo. He is super proactive and would actually reach out to me first to see whether my tenants will be moving out before I even remember to think about it. My real estate needs have also evolved over time and he’s also been able to assist with the listing of my condo and both him and Jerome provided extremely valuable information throughout the whole process including referrals to an attorney for deed changes that I have requested and also provided suggestions for improvements at the condo before the listing. Brandyn is very knowledgeable and if there are questions that he’s not 100% confident on, he tells you that he’ll circle back and he knows where to find the right answers point you to the right resources and which is why I really enjoy working with him. I’ll continue to use him and would highly recommend him to anyone for any real estate needs. Update - July 2026 My wife and I cannot recommend Brandyn Huynh and Jerome Bibuld at Red Tree Boston highly enough. We initially listed our Brighton, MA property with the plan of doing a standard 1031 exchange, and we were searching for replacement properties in both MA and CA. What started as a straightforward exchange quickly became more complex when we found a property in Daly City, CA that we absolutely fell in love with before our MA home had even sold. This is where Brandyn and Jerome truly distinguished themselves. Instead of pressuring us to stay local and find a property in MA (which would have been easier and more convenient for them), they genuinely wanted to help us get the home we really wanted and even at times when we only provided them with 1-2 day’s notice regarding an offer that we needed to submit right away and this occurred more than once. Throughout the entire process, Brandyn and Jerome were patient, responsive, and incredibly supportive. They never once made us feel rushed or steered us toward a decision that would have benefited them at our expense including times when we received really low ball offers throughout our listing. It was clear from start to finish that they had our best interests at heart. If you're looking for realtors who combine deep market expertise with genuine integrity and a two way relationship, look no further. Brandyn and Jerome helped us navigate one of the most complex real estate transactions we've ever undertaken with many bumps throughout the process, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Would gladly work with them again in the future.

From pre‑approval all the way through closing day, he guided me through every step of the process and made sure I always felt informed and comfortable. Negative experience: Brandyn was helpful but once I stated the new law and how I shouldn’t pay a broker fee due to fact that I’m moving in 9/1 and the law starts on 8/1, the voided my lease and are threatening to sue me

Fantastic experience: Brandyn was great to work with, I reached out to him about one unit in particular and he was able to quickly compile a list of apartments that were similar and in my group’s price range. He was able to bring our group to tour the apartments within a few days of reaching out. He was very accommodating and responsive every step of the way. Not only did he show us the house we requested, he showed us another one we’d inquired about with another realtor (who initially responded but then ghosted us).
