Fantastic experience: Me and my family like the professionalism and efficiency of Brandon from Metro Realty Corp for our renting case. We found what we wanted, and our case wasn't a piece of cake. We had an extensive email discussions, i think about 50+ emails were sent back and forth. We had the answers to all our questions, and we had many of those (as we came from Europe and many things here are very different). Communication-wise Brandon is friendly and is liked by my small daughters as well. We had several points of negotiation with landlord via Brandon, including parking and guarantor and we are very satisfied. He also gave good advises about how to enroll our kids to school (what paper work is need etc). The contract is counter-signed and we're moving to apt soon, but he's still helping us as part of "after-sale" service.

Fantastic experience: Brandon was excellent to work with when I was looking for a place to live. Personally, my favorite part of working with him was his friendly attentiveness and outstanding flexibility in making sure the leasing process went as quickly and smoothly as possible. In particular, three aspects stood out: (1) I had to look for a place remotely and he was able to accommodate to my situation with my preferred app (as opposed to me having to download an app that I did not normally use) – this made viewing the different properties I was considering much easier for me to assess; (2) he provided informed answers to all my questions and in the event a question could not be answered immediately, he quickly followed up with an answer when he had one; and (3) he kept me well-informed on what to expect in terms of next steps, such as who will be sending me what and when I should expect those materials. Honestly, he made the process of finding a place that fit my needs effortless, which I cannot express enough appreciation for. Overall, I would highly recommend Brandon if you need a realtor.

Fantastic experience: I was moving from New York to Boston and had no clue where to start. To be honest I don’t trust brokers and had a hard time finding a place without one. Brandon reached out when I found an apartment but it was already taken. Maybe a week or so later I get a email regarding another place in which met all the criteria I mentioned to him earlier. Fast forward to me nonstop emailing him (no really, almost 8 straight hours) and I ended up getting the place. He was a trooper because I was so nervous finding a place and not seeing it due to COVID as well as me being in New York.
