Fantastic experience: As a first time homebuyer, finding someone who was knowledgeable, trustworthy, flexible, and ready to move quick was incredibly important. It’s safe to say our realtor, Kat Cahoon, checked all the boxes and MORE! She was incredibly responsive, patient with all of our questions, and VERY knowledgable about the first time homebuyer process. What I appreciated most about working with Kat was her transparency, complete explanations, kindness, and responsiveness from start to finish. After touring several homes and weeks of going back and forth - even considering another year of renting - Kat sent us the perfect home, we toured within days, and strategically made an offer that was accepted. Mike and Payne also worked with her on the deal, with an in-company sell/buy process - which ended up being entirely seamless! We are so thankful to have chosen Kat to help us find the perfect home out of all of the (many, many, many) realtors in our area. I would highly recommend her, and their team!

Fantastic experience: Payne Bowen with the Belcher Home Team in Roanoke, VA was absolutely fantastic to work with. Since we were out of state, we truly relied on him—and he went above and beyond every step of the way. He consistently showed up for us, provided detailed video walkthroughs, and made sure we never missed a thing. Payne is honest, knowledgeable about the market, and has a great eye for homes—especially when it comes to spotting potential repairs and evaluating the overall quality of a property. Each and every time we had questions he would answer his phone or email promptly and kept us as ease at every turn. Once we found the house he was helpful in trying to get us access to measure different things, he was always our advocate. His team also was brilliant keeping us on track with things we needed to attend to like switching utilities using lists of things we wouldn't have even thought of! What a great guy! He's someone you want to be your friend!! I will recommend him to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell.
