I originally signed with another real estate agent who lived in same condo development for 5 months. We felt she just put it up on sites and did nothing to sell this property during that time . Upon engaging Randi and her team we sold it within 1 month. They helped me through the entire process as well as recommending a closing team. Fantastic experience: Buying our house: Jason was absolutely amazing. From the first time we met at a house we were interested in, it was clear that he was direct and straightforward, and that he was there to help and serve us above anything else. He dedicated a solid 2 months to us which involved full weekends of multiple open houses and appointments. There wasn't just automatic emails being sent, there was constant personal text messaging to help us narrow our search at times, expand at others, and ultimately find our dream house. He was a strong advocate for us and told us when houses were way above selling price (even though it would have been more commission) and also offered a lot of advice on how we might renovate potential homes. When it came time for actually purchasing the home, Randi was fantastic at negotiating a fair, but below asking price, offer. She helped the process move swiftly with a quick inspection and appraisal, and within a month it was done. Couldn't have been easier, more personal, and honestly, stress free. We still talk with Jay and Randi and will text with questions about the new home, even though it's really out of their job role at this point. But they're lifelong supports and resources and want you to be happy in your home beyond the initial move in.

Fantastic experience: I will try to keep this review under 5 million words; however, it will be difficult because I have too many wonderful things to say about Randi, Jay, and Nick Fox. First off, I’d like to thank this dynamic trio for guiding me through a very painful time following the recent passing of my husband. Their patience, compassion and understanding were without limit as I worked through the excruciating feelings of grief and loss – the loss of my husband, further amplified by the loss of our family home where for 21 years we raised our children and made countless memories. While I was certain I was making the right decision to sell our home, I was also secretly hoping nobody would buy it. Randi waded gently through this emotional roller coaster, holding my hand through the hard parts, yet never pushing too forcefully. Grief can bring on strange behaviors. For me it was some sort of brain fog bordering on amnesia. I literally couldn’t recall things people told me two minutes prior. Again, without judgement, Randi sent me many reminder messages to keep the process on track. This woman doesn’t sleep at night until every detail has been taken care of. I know this from seeing the time stamps on the late-night emails I’d find from her in my inbox the next morning. The Fox Team works hard, very hard - and they get the job done! They are truly a strategic tag team. I didn’t realize I was getting three experienced and licensed professionals all working in tandem to sell my house. (*For the record, I did not know the Fox Team prior to listing with them. They were recommended to me by a friend.) Also, I was not living at the house while it was on the market. It can be quite unnerving to turn your keys and house over to total strangers - but they won me over quickly. On my security cameras I would see Jay sweeping my front porch, tidying up the potted plants, trimming straggly tree branches, hosing off the walkways, and reattaching the pool vacuum cleaner when it broke loose. When the microwave stopped working, he had a new one installed for me. I really appreciated the many things they did to make my house more presentable to buyers. They went over and beyond. My neighbors noticed as well. They began commenting on how they saw the Fox Team Realtors at my house every day with prospective buyers, often multiple times on the same day. At their first and only open house, there was a constant stream of home-shoppers and agents in attendance including several interested buyers. In less than a month - and during a stall in the housing market, they had my house under contract with a qualified buyer who had attended their open house. As for the closing process, it couldn’t have run any smoother. The Fox Team employs a closing coordinator named Jeanne, who was fantastic. She kept in touch with me daily about various documents that would be coming my way, and with any dates and times I needed to know about. I’ve bought and sold several homes over the years, but never was the process this tailored and streamlined. In addition to being honest, kind, thoughtful and hardworking, The Fox Team offers what I consider to be a top-notch concierge experience for sellers and buyers - and then some. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would! Thank you, Fox Team Realtors!!!!

Fantastic experience: Randi and Jason Fox are excellent realtors and I highly recommend them. This is going to be long, so buckle up. This isn’t the traditional review- as they weren’t MY realtors, but rather the listing agents on the home we bought. We had a lot of issues with our realtor (somebody who doesn’t work with them) and his lack of communication with us and really everybody involved in the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. We never felt in the loop with him, it was tough to get him to answer our calls or questions clearly, or at all... just all around a bad experience. Because of our realtors stretching of the truth and lack of communication, we lost the first buyers of our old home (the appraisal he didn’t attend came in low, and the couple buying our old house reached out to us directly and said they loved the home and would like to negotiate, but our realtor was making it too difficult and they didn’t want to deal with him anymore, so they chose to walk away) and he almost caused us to lose the house we were buying. In desperation, we reached out directly to Randi and Jason, the listing agents, and explained the predicament. They bent over backwards to work with us and make the sale happen. They went very out of their way to help us and always communicated with us in real time. We always heard from them with updates before our actual realtor. They always answered their phones and replied to texts immediately. They also paid to have a built-in removed from the new house living room, using their own handyman, so we wouldn’t have to do it upon moving in. After the purchase of our new home, they came and brought us a bottle of champagne. Both are very knowledgeable about the Coral Springs/Parkland area and were an absolute joy to work with. Fantastic experience: How lucky I was to find Randi and Jason. Literally out of the “blue”. My husband and I were trying to do an unexpected 1031 exchange, after getting an offer to good to refuse on property we owned that we did not have on the market. We needed to work fast to find replacement properties. Needless to say there were many bumps and detours but Jason and Randi were knowledgeable, remained calm and helped us through a stressful time. What’s really amazing is most of this happened long distance. We are located on opposite coasts. She really knows Broward County and made it easy to identify exchange properties over the internet.
