Negative experience: I am very much confused. They have a Maryland phone number. When contacted they are in New York. I was just requesting information regarding the company of inspectors that they use. They refused to provide the information and the reason why is because the company that was doing the inspection were fraudulent in the sense that the person that applied for the license didn't have the correct requirements, making their license invalid. So if I'm going to sell my home using an inspector I want to to know the person who has been doing the inspections. Be aware and cautious of the company who is doing your inspection. Because if it's the same company then is the sale invalid?
