Fantastic experience: Me and my sisters are out of state landlords and honestly had no clue how bad the property had gotten. We had a tenant in place and once we finally got inside, it was way worse then what we originally thought and became super overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do from another state. Thankfully McKenzie and her team helped us out so much!! The best part was they were able to buy the property with the tenant still in place which saved us a massive headache. Fantastic experience: Our property needed a complete kitchen and bathroom rehab and a lot of other repairs. Everyday Home Buyer made us a reasonable offer AS IS. Could we have done the rehab ourselves and sold it for a higher price,? Probably - but it would have cost $35K, taken a couple of months, and would have been a pain the the neck.
