Fantastic experience: They went above and beyond!! Being in a situation where family is not all readily available and there were many moving parts. We had the Home previously listed with another realtor and it sat on the market for over 3 month sall while our dad suffered because he needed the sale of the home to live in the facility that he is located in they not only assisted in the sale promptly. They helped facilitate everything from the electrical work the inspection when we couldn’t be present, they stood in our place if you’re looking for an agent highly recommend that they don’t just care about the money they care about you.

Fantastic experience: Real estate is strictly business for some and you can tell that by how pushy and focused the realtors are on closing vs getting the customer the property they really want. For others, it is a fun passion that has become a profession, which is what we were thankful to the Barbre team for. We were purchasing our second home and had pretty strict criteria and very picky parameters... Kyle and Logan never made us feel like a burden nor did they push us to make any decisions that were not fully ours, despite us working professionally with them for over a year. If all that wasn't enough, they are both truly just a pleasure to work with and be around and have become friends over the course of our journey. Fantastic experience: Kyle and Logan are two realtors who aren’t just in it for the money, but they genuinely show interest, give support, and care about you as their client. My fiancé and I weren’t having the best of luck when it came to touring and placing bids, but Logan and Kyle continued to support us, advise us, and encourage us that a house would come up - even if it took some time. They never pushed us to go with the first house and never complained/seemed annoyed when we asked them to drive out (a few times) for certain occasions. These two realtors are genuine - looking out for you as their client but also as a human being. They were so quick with their paperwork, responded almost immediately when we had a question, and investigated all the houses that we wanted to tour. These two are the real deal! I’m happy to say that we have officially closed on our first home!

When I moved in the home had not been cleaned and the seller refused to clean it claiming that it was already done. Logan went above and beyond by paying for the cleaning expenses out of her own pocket. That was very thoughtful and kind of her.
