Positive experience: Took over $800 from my deposit and wouldn’t respond to my dispute for weeks, very unprofessional response time and not very honest , over $600 for “cleaning”

Negative experience: Don't ever rent from them!!!!! They charged me $500 to have someone move undamaged furniture from the garage back into the house. I was never sent a certified letter about my security deposit. They had me new address too. It was sent to house they told me to move out of. ( it was being sold ) I sent them a dispute letter. And I never heard from them!!!! PS. The house was not move in ready when I rented it. Things were broken and it was dirty!!!

Fantastic experience: Words aren't enough to express the gratitude I have for Ted Jackson. I was searching for a house that had separate living quarters for a family member. These are hard to come by and I was doing this during the peak of the housing market. Ted searched high and low looking for anything that might work for me. After many houses and multiple offers on different properties, I found a place that fit my needs perfectly. The sale came with many challenges including the closing dates getting pushed 3 times, an unexpected water issue with the house and the actual closing time getting moved 4 times in a single day. Ted never wavered in his belief that this would all work out for me. He kept me grounded and confident and worked himself to the bone to get this done for me. My closing was pushed out so far that it overlapped with a pre-planned vacation of Ted's. This did not stop him from calling me and working for me while he was supposed to be enjoying his time off. Ted was at the purchase house for several different inspections and found plumbers to come out last minute to research the water issues and present us quotes for repairs. He was doing this just days before closing and had amendments being cared for up until the day of the closing. Come the day of the closing, the sellers found themselves in a bit of a situation and Ted rolled up his sleeves and spent 3 hours helping the sellers move in the brutal heat of July. He did this not just because he was looking out for me, his client, but because Ted is an amazing human who works hard for his clients and does the best for them while always being kind and working with integrity. I wish Ted was in a different occupation where I could use his services every month because I would in a heart beat, but I am extremely grateful that he was my realtor during the purchase of my new house!! I am just an average person purchasing an average priced home, but Ted made me feel like I was someone elite and he worked only for me and had my back watching both my needs and my funds! No matter what you need, where you are shopping from or what complications might bubble up, Ted is your realtor. There is no one better, works harder and really cares for his clients.

Negative experience: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! 3 years they helped me while I was not there, when we had a change of tenant I had to do a lot of remodeling and repairing in our apartment located near inland down town Vero Beach. 4 months they did not rent it after the remodle that took me 1 month to finish. Never took pictures and owners never reached back to me about my concernes. This cost my mother thousands of dollars in rent labor and work. I personaly rented it in 3 days after listing it call me gullable please. Do not do any business here or any place related to these people that has their name.

Negative experience: Vero Beach property managers will make up charges to scam you out of refunding as much of the security deposit as possible. They charged $100 for cleaning services AFTER doing a major renovation on the unit and AFTER I vacated the premise. And, while I was renting, there were endless issues with the HVAC system which led to a giant hole in the kitchen ceiling that I just had to live with for over 6 months. Beware that they dismiss concerns over black mold as well.

Fantastic experience: We were looking to buy a home along the Space Coast and Treasure Coast. We knew the real estate market in those areas was a fierce competition among buyers - going against offers from real estate investment firms and all-cash buyers. We were still in Nashville during the entire process. Wes Richards was the perfect agent for us. He knows the area. Wes was always ready to go at a moment's notice. He provided live video for us whenever we needed it. He did whatever it took to make sure our offers were ready to go - some with literally an hour remaining on the seller's deadline. Wes cannot be beat. Do yourself a favor and call Wes Richards. Thank you, Wes!

Negative experience: This is the worst company ever!!!! Jillian Arce & Brendan Maughan do not return calls or emails! I’ve spoken to numerous other clients who have had this same experience with these two people! Shockingly unprofessional! Do not hire this company to manage your property because they’ll do nothing & do not rent from them because you’ll find yourself moving into a place that’s dirty & you’ll find that maintenance is definitely not a priority for them! Mold in your walls & nails sticking out of your stairs should be priority but instead it’s remained that way for months!

He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. Positive experience: Very courteous office staff. My rental property was managed through them. I would recommend them to those looking for a place to rent in Vero. The agents are very knowledgeable.

Negative experience: So i rented through a private realtor for almost 7years.never late.not once.I never complained even though they moved me in with unacceptable carpets.It was better than our previous place.So to make a long story short we ended up buying a house before the lease was up because the opportunity was just there and we had to take advantage.So we cleaned the house ,repainted and I even had professionals patch up the wholes.These people had the nerve to write me a check for $2.60?who does that??who even cashes that??thats such an insult and i feel completely disrespected as a tenant.I would never recommend them and If I ever see there name advertised I will speak very ill of them.because they are a joke.

Fantastic experience: Coming from Michigan we knew nothing about Indian River County. We were very reliant on Coldwell Banker and placed our concerns and expectations in our realtors hand. We had some time restraints and very limited knowledge about property value in the area our realtor was able to show us many homes within our budget. We closed the deal with time and money to spare!
