Her strategies were extremely effective because we got the first home we made an offer on, our dream home. She was extremely responsive to questions and requests. She also has a strong network of pros who can help with anything from the inspection, insurance to the tradespeople who can help with work on the property after the sale. We would definitely recommend her as an agent and would work with her again(but we love our house so much, I hope we don’t have to).

I trusted her opinions about structural components of homes. She talked to the seller Realtors to get an idea of offers and negotiable items.
