This turned out to be a particularly difficult transaction, which led to a large gap between signing the P&S and closing. At multiple stages, the deal could have easily fallen through. Despite these difficulties, Ruth was able to shepherd us through the process with ease. She was never more than a phone-call away, and was great at negotiating with the multiple parties involved. She also has a considerable network of resources from which she can draw upon when needed. Our condo was listed only for 2 weeks, after that the deal was sealed. She found a correct buyer and guided us through the further process.
