Negative experience: My experience with Maria Campanelli was extremely disappointing. The level of customer service I received fell far below what I expected from a Berkshire Hathaway agent. Communication was consistently unprofessional, responses were delayed or ignored, and I felt dismissed rather than supported. At no point did I feel that my concerns were being taken seriously or handled with care. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough without having to deal with poor service, and unfortunately this experience made the process much harder than it needed to be. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend Maria to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, or attentive real estate representation.

Fantastic experience: Maria is an incredible professional who provides service you might expect from a dedicated family member. She always responds to an email or a call. She is patient with questions and always offers a reasonable and helpful answer. She went out of her way to give us a list of contractors for the immense amount of work required on our new house. She guided us successfully through the complex process of achieving a closing (given the quirkiness and unpredictability of our seller). At the end, after the closing, she was still involved in helping us, advising us about contractor services, etc, and more than once told us to call her if we ever ever needed help!
