Fantastic experience: Erin is a pleasure to work with, and she did a fantastic job selling my home. I moved out of my home two months before closing, and she went over and above what I expected in an agent. From getting my lawn mowed, feeding my chickens, to running to my house while the closing was happening to check my stove, because at the walk thru they claimed it wasn't working. {It was fine} She always kept me up to date with texts and calls to inform me what was happening. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Erin did an amazing job selling my parents place in NY. It was a very difficult situation where my dad passed away and I had to move my mom to SC with me. She went out of her way to handle everything that came up (checking the house at night, installing security cameras, installing smoke detectors, getting mail, arranging for snow removal and dumpster personnel, etc.) while helping me sell my mom's car. She did all this while I was in SC which took a huge burden off of me. I'd recommend Erin for anyone in any situation as she helped overcome all of the obstacles we faced and communicated everything well, she made a difficult process go smoothly and we got above asking for the house.
