The master bedroom had a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, which was a huge plus. We were also pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood - it was quiet and friendly, with lots of parks and green spaces nearby. Selling a house is a emotional thing and she 100% understood how much both homes meant to us. The professional photographs of both homes were amazing and looking great in the marketing. Negative experience: This person is not a professional at all. I had an emergency work related issue and had to cancel a planned appointment with her. I called to let her know and she began yelling at me and not allowing me to explain myself and hung up the phone on me. Not once did she apologize for the child like tantrum that she threw . I believe because I am not a client of hers and only the occupant oof the home she is trying to sell she felt she could speak to me in such a manner. It goes to show what type of person she is I would like to add that I had no intention of renewing my lease so my comment is not related to moving out. The owner was aware of this when she gave me first offer when informing me of her putting her property on the market. So please do not try and speak for me and the honest review I gave
