Fantastic experience: I've bought and sold several homes in my life and was concerned when it came time to sell my mom's manufactured home. Because the home was lower priced than most homes in Benton county, my fear was that it would be a lower priority for the realtor. Bryson proved me wrong. He was punctual and responsive 7 days / week, had a very well designed listing posted quickly, had 2 open houses and coordinated professionally with all parties involved. We sold the home in just a couple of months and for a very satisfactory price. Bryson planned and organized the closing and everything went smoothly.
