Fantastic experience: Polite, professional and absolutely zero BS are just a few ways I would describe working with Andaman Rosse. At no point did I ever feel pressured to pursue any course of action during the sale, instead he would give me all available options and let me decide what was the course of action I'd like to pursue. He also gave me very good advice that ended up saving me tens of thousands of dollars prior to the actual sale of my house. As a personal aside, before meeting Andy I had a pretty negative opinion of real estate agents, haha. if you'd asked me 2 years ago if I'd ever pay an agent more than the minimum, buy them a bottle of Scotch and invite them to game nights with friends, I would have laughed in your face. Fantastic experience: We were so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Andy on the purchase of our new home. He was able to help us buy an assumable loan with a 3% interest rate. It needed some work but he has connections to so many contractors and businesses in the area that he was able to coordinate and get us bids for all the work we needed done. Fantastic experience: Andaman took the time to get to know us as individuals and specifically what we were looking for in our HOME search. After meeting with him in person and talking online many times throughout the process we developed a strong connection with him as our eyes and ears locally, as we were living in Florida. That relationship allowed us the comfort to pull the trigger on a home purchase sight unseen from afar; something we would not have been comfortable doing with a casual agent relationship. Ultimately when the home we wanted popped up Andy helped us negotiate through the deal in a very competitive market, and we landed it without having to over pay. My situation and requirements were a bit unusual, I am from Kuwait and never lived in the US before and wanted to purchase a house in Corvallis Oregon with no prior knowledge of the purchase process in the US.
