Fantastic experience: Christine was a great agent for my tricky home sale situation. I'm the trustee and live seven hours away, so it was crucial that she and her team dealt with finding and scheduling contractors to do the work needed to make the home beautiful for sale. We quickly got a buyer, but it's a buyer's market and there was a lot of back-and-forth to finally land the escrow close. Again Christine kept in frequent communication with me and was pinging the buyer's agent on a daily basis until we got it all done. On a personal level, Christine was friendly, responsive, intelligent, and brought a wealth of experience. Her team including Mikayla was outstanding. All paperwork was handled smoothly. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell in the Ridgecrest area.

Fantastic experience: Christine at Keller Williams works wonders. The first home she showed me in Ridgecrest had to be mine. I placed an offer and it happened quickly. She made the process easy. I loved my condo! Then this year I decided it was time to move on and I decided to sell my unit. And I turned to Christine again. I had extra challenges of being on the East Coast and having a health challenge. She started the process, arranged for the help I needed and my condo was only on the market 4 days when it sold. I wasn’t prepared for it to happen so quickly. She recommended excellent businesses to assist with the estate sale and repairs. The sale is a done deal and I cannot say enough great things about Christine. I will certainly seek her out if I decide to return and highly recommend her services. Thanks, Christine!
