Negative experience: Lied to my wife and I a few times while looking at a house. We didn’t mind at first figuring it was just sales tactics. When it came down to putting in an offer he wouldn’t see if the owner would allow US to pay for an inspection since the house had flooded and was never repaired. He even refused to contact the sellers when we made a real offer. Very unprofessional.
