Fantastic experience: Stopped in here when I was given an offer to purchase my grandfather's property out in a neighboring town. One of the staff was more then willing to explain to me how I was being almost (Yes but no, the offer could've been sincere...but was being offered much less then what the property is worth.) scammed. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Eloy Rodriguez to sell my father's home in China Lake Acres. My dad's home presented a challenge to sell in that it is a mobile that was not on a foundation. Initially, I met Eloy as a potential investor/buyer for the property but we could not reach a mutually acceptable arrangement. Regardless of being unable to reach a deal, Eloy continued to call periodically to check in and see if I was making progress. At one point he mentioned that he had a couple of potential cash buyers and asked if he could show the property. We quickly reached an agreement and Eloy delivered me a couple cash offers within two days. Both offers were well within market value and fair to all parties. Within three days we were in escrow. It should be noted that I live in Texas and was stuck in Ridgecrest until a sale could be negotiated. My father is also experiencing chronic health issues. I very much appreciated Eloy working on my behalf even though we didn't have a formal agreement! He realized I was in a difficult position and went above and beyond to help out in as much as possible. He also worked quickly and efficiently to smooth out the inevitable problems that arise during escrow. You really can't go wrong having Eloy as a real estate agent!

Fantastic experience: I heard about the property management division of this business through word of mouth and called regarding rentals they might have available. The person who answered the phone was very well informed and was able to answer all my questions without delay. I visited the next day and found a full window with all the rentals they were offering, pictures and full details. The rental application was well designed and Ias easy to fill out as possible. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin..... Christine and her team are by far the MOST PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and KNOWLEDGEABLE people I have worked worked with. Negative experience: So far not so good. Put in my application a long time ago and zero feedback from the group. You think they would be on it to help find a home. Oh well.

Negative experience: I wish I could give a better review. We were tenants in 431 Abigail st. Ridgecrest. Bc we procured trash”which we were trying to spring clean and become minimalistic.” They assumed the home would be trashed in the inside. Which wasn’t the case. The house was pristine/clean with hardly any damage. Our neighbors on the left of us were horrible. They would constantly call the cops for anything and everything. Example: “after driving many hours to get home we quickly parked in front of our place facing the wrong direction” we were trying to just hurry to carry our kids to bed. We got up to change the direction of the car and they had called the police station to give us a ticket that morning. Absolutely ridiculous. These are the neighbors that call the landlord every day to tell them what you are doing. To find anything and everything wrong they think you are doing. We were always on time paying rent. We kept the home clean and without damage. Yes l, we procured trash and missed a few weeks of trash days bc we had to attend a funeral far away and was not there. I suggest if you are a family looking for a home don’t rent there. The neighbors beside are wolf in sheeps clothing. Because of those neighbors I will suggest to everyone not to rent there. They will be the ones that cause the landlord to lose out on money.

Negative experience: Failed to notify of impending deadlines. Called at odd hours and weekends. Does not listen to the client concerns then argues with them. Then mass blast emails to staff saying the client was wrong and the reason a deal won't go. Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Negative experience: Can't go no stars so they get one for location - this is because I am an out of state landlord trying to manage my family property after the passing of my mother. Simple enough work to get the current tenant to sign a lease with me now she is gone. The agent they assigned to me was not at all what I was expecting as professional, there were errors in both my contract to the RE firm and the rental unit as well. They are slow to getting back to people I called and the agent (Amary Youso) was like "no problem I will be getting that handled and get you what you deserve from him - I know your renter and we have history". I could not have been happier when after 2 weeks of electronic paperwork tag, she told me the agency decided it was in my best interest to call my lawyer and evict him. Way out there to unprofessional, they have stale rental units on the market so I have no faith to trust them to find me a new after she gets her way via past history with my tenant who has been there five years.

Positive experience: Property management services are just average, nothing great or too terrible.

Fantastic experience: Clint far exceeded our expectations with his excellent communication skills, his attentiveness to detail, timeliness in communication, and interactions with the buyer. I have never known a realtor to provide the extensive facilitation of home repairs and helping us to obtain the best and most expedient contractors to get the jobs done. Down to the wire, he even helped us facilitate the home emptying process by arranging for handymen helpers to assist moving out furnishings, and helped us donate music to the local music programs. What truly stands out is his availability and expediency every step of the way. The orchestration of the stovetop replacement was a real challenge, but in less than two weeks the negotiations and replacement were complete. If there is anything bad to say, it is that he spoiled us! We give Clint the highest recommendation possible. It was our extreme pleasure working with him. Negative experience: I cant believe after 5 years Coldwell Banker in Ridgecrest Calif has not changed. When we asked them to property manage our mothers home it was a nightmare. They did not screen the people moving in. It was a disaster. They stopped paying rent after the 1st month damaged the home, moved others into the home. It was my mother's responsibility to hire a lawyer pay a sheriff to deliver an eviction notice. Talking to Coldwell, they assured us "it was not their normal practice to let this happen" . 5 years later our son and his wife are looking for a place to rent and the same kind of unprofessionalism is still going on. Three times has my my son been stood up. 1st apt, the young woman forgot the keys. Who does that? The second time was a reschedule and now "tomorrow" they are supposed to meet again. Not to mention they were told to set up an apt to look at one place and now it won't be ready until the 22nd. It's just ridiculous how the run this rental business only not to deliver. Why is the customer service so bad?

Fantastic experience: I rented a nice apartment from Best Realty when I moved to Ridgecrest for work last year. My rental application was approved quickly. When I didn't like the apartment I had initially applied for, they showed me one I liked much better and I was able to move in the SAME DAY! Sherrie Alley is an excellent agent and when I had to terminate my lease and return home to NJ for personal reasons she was very helpful in walking me through the process and finding someone to quickly take over my lease. I cannot praise them enough, especially since I am now back in California struggling to get an answer on my rental applications from much less professional realtors!

Negative experience: Norma St Apartments...hot during summer cold in winter..Coldwell likes to control Tennant's with stupid rules ....legal forms constantly sent out saying don't do this or else. They love to shove policy down your throat and dictate how you live. Can't wait to move from this dive

Negative experience: First off let me say Carolyn Kent's local knowledge is horrible, doesn't know nice areas like she claims. This agent doesn't not have great people skills, rushed us through everything. no eye contact. wasted mine and my husband's time, he took off work to be treated horrible. We felt judgement from her and we were used to get entry into a house that we wanted to place a ofder on. she then turned around and had her other client make an offer. (We found this out by the listing agent) she is rude and dishonest. I would not trust her with your money or your home.

Negative experience: Was late for a showing, had the right keys yet weren't prepared. I don't feel they were out ohnest and straight foward.

Fantastic experience: I am a contractor, and recently did work on one of their properties (fiberglass repair on pool). I was working with the agent named Christine Dosen. I was impressed with how friendly Christine and colleagues of hers I met during my trip in Ridgecrest. They were very easy to work with and professional.

Not only did she find house the perfect house within our budget, she explained all the quirks about life in the desert (such as swamp coolers, which I'd never heard of!) Fong is enthusiastic and eager to help. Your happiness is her number 1 priority. She took such great care of us and is now a dear friend!
