The crew is absolutely top notch -- honest, motivated, knowledgeable, hardworking and they operate with the client's best interests at top of mind. In terms of commission cost, I'm not sure anyone competes with them. They sold my home for over $1 million and only took a $5,000 commission. They then found me a great home and rebated me part of the commission shared with the seller's agent. In other words, they found my home and paid me to do it! On top of the colossal professionalism, Joey and his team are just pleasant, salt-of-the-earth folks. They listen well and talk straight. I highly recommend Voila.
