Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience with Kevin and Jenn at the C Group. We happened to meet Kevin at an open house and explained that we were just starting to look, but that we were going to be selling a farm in South County (different realtor), selling a home in Pacific Grove and buying one larger home in Pebble Beach. To make this goal even more demanding, we added that the new home needed at least four bedrooms and bathrooms, was within an easy distance to the Coastal Trail, just to name a few. Our goal was to have all of this done in a year. I'm sure Kevin thought we were crazy. It didn't get done in the order we'd planned on, but Kevin got it done in a year and a few months, which is very close to our unrealistic goal. He was always optimistic and upbeat. He checked in regularly and had very good suggestions. I have to say, also, their marketing got ALOT of people into the home personally looking at it, as well as lots of online views and saves. We heard alot of very positive comments about the video Jenn did of our property, as well. Also, and very critical, he brought to us an off-market property that checked every one of our criteria for our new home. The only thing was that we still had a house to sell, and he referred us a mortgage company that could set up a swing loan until our second property sold. When our second property went on the market, we got an offer within about three weeks and closed 22 days later. We cannot say enough good about working with Kevin, Jenn and the C Group, except that we highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Austin Cooper at The C Group recently on an investment property deal. He reached out to me about my single family home I was renting out in Pacific Grove and explained to me the benefits of a 1031 exchange on my property for a multi-family property in Monterey. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. With his help I was able to increase my monthly cash flow by 3x (!!!) and I was able to defer the taxes on the sale of my investment! Fantastic experience: The C Group recently represented me in buying my dream fixer upper home in Pebble Beach. My agent, Austin Cooper leveraged his strong connections with a number of different local vendors to produce estimates and quotes for repairs and inspections. Some of the first people approached were booked for several weeks in advance but Austin has a big rolodex of vendors he works with. He was able to get us into a singular counter offer situation against 4 different offers due to his rapport with the listing agent. He then was able to negotiate a significant price reduction due to his negotiation skills. Did I mention Austin is also a sommelier??? We celebrated the big purchase with a fabulous bottle of bubbly which was delivered to me with the keys to the house!

We were looking for about a month, and we must have seen about 8-10 houses the first week.
