The market was moving so quickly for condos that a property listed in the morning could have 6 offers by late afternoon. Kelly was always willing to meet with us, show us properties, and provide the guidance and support necessary and do this within a short time frame. Once a property was identified, she moved just as quickly to make the offer, negotiate the price to finalize the buy.
