Negative experience: Unfortunately one star.. very disappointed as this realty charged additional processing fee on top of 6% of sale without noting in contract. After reaching out the agency a few times without any reply or explanation I have to write this feedback.. please be aware and avoid this cheap trick: charging at the day of closing when your hands are tight. Negative experience: I rented a unit from Ingrid Ramic. Upon move-out she sent someone else to do the inspection of the property I provides him with my new mailing address & contact info for my security deposit to be sent to. & I never heard anything else from her. I’ve been calling her & texting her for 6 MONTHS NOW & she will not respond. When I do get her on the phone she acts like she doesnt know what i’m talking about, asks for the old address & says she’ll call me back when she gets to her office & NEVER CALLS. This has been going on for 6 months me playing cat & mouse with her over my security deposit. & I never paid rent late, cleaned the unit spotless when I left. I was a great tenant but obvioulsy i should have given her the run around and not paid rent for 6 months at a time.
