Negative experience: Catt Steven and RE/MAX Masterpiece Realty provided minimal service despite charging a 2.5% commission. Catt didn’t screen buyers, schedule showings, or attend them—instead, my 80-year-old mother was expected to show her own home. She explained most of her commission goes to fees, which may explain the lack of support, but it doesn't excuse it. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Jane David Cidel has the utmost integrity and is fantastic for buying and selling needs. we have done business for over a decade, and he never ceases to amaze how humble, generous and professional he is!

Negative experience: We listed our house for sale with Linda Moore from re max. It was a very bad experience to say the least. After we signed the contract, my wife and I had a change of heart and told her that we didn’t want to sell our house. Without any care of our feelings she continued putting pressure on us to sell it. Telling us that we have to proceed with the contract. The only thing that was on her mind was to make the commission without a care of our regret of putting the house for sale. When you hire a realtor, there job is to work with the sellers/buyers best interest in mind. In our case the sellers best interest at heart. Not everything is about money in life. To her, making the commission money was the only thought in her mind. She was not working in our best interest which is a violation. This is called a CODE OF ETHICS VIOLATION. We regret not reporting it to the Florida Real Estate Commission at the time…

Negative experience: Myself and my agent had called this office and the listing agent for 5509 NE Evanston in PSL. The listing agent Carmelot Dorsainrre never bothered to return calls or messages. Extremely unprofessional would not recommend at all. Guess he doesn’t know what a courtesy call is??? Rude, unprofessional & unethical. Contacting Real Estate Comission to advise.

Negative experience: I rented a home from this company and all I can say is BEWARE! 2374 Marseille St. in PSL. The home was old and poorly maintained. The property manager Linda uses cheap products that quickly fall apart once you are living in the home. Once you settle in you start to see everything deteriorate. Fridge leaks, faucets not working properly, filthy pool deck with carpet, light switches broken in multiple rooms, etc. Then when I moved out they used my security deposit to fix the house. It’s a vicious cycle and at your expense. What a mistake. I do not recommend wasting your time and hard earned money with this home.

Fantastic experience: We moved to PSL from out-of-state and had to rent a house sight unseen. We found a place online and delt with Jean David Cidel as our rental agent. The house was just what we needed at a fair price. One day our air conditioning stopped working. David answered our call immediately and had an air conditioning tech at our house within two hours. When our lease was ending, David worked with the landlord to allow us to stay month-to-month at a fair price and returned our security deposit promptly. We would definitely recommend Jean David Cidel for anyone's real estate needs.

Negative experience: December 7th, 2019: I called Ruth Rodman to Inquire about a 6-month rental at 2449 SW Chestnut Lane Port Saint Lucie, FL 34953 listed for $1850. Ruth, the landlord (Ann Rodriguez), and I, agreed to a 6-month lease for $2250 with a clause to break the lease. The clause required a 30-day notice and a 1- month penalty. We paid more so we could have this clause. That was the negotiation. My family and I were relocating for work, we needed a temporary rental until we found something to buy. We submitted our application fee of $150 total to rentalsbyrmr.com. December 9th, 2019: Ruth called to tell me that we were approved but they would not insert the clause to the lease because she felt it was unfair to her client, Ann Rodriguez. She pressured me by stating that we would need more time in the area, and she would help me to find a home to purchase and the rental was immaculate. We could not afford to lose our application fees. We signed the 6-month lease. We did not arrive until January 6th but were told we had to sign the lease for the 1st and the lease was a 6-month and a 1 day lease so that the landlord would not have to pay a bed tax. Ruth told me to not worry about the pro-rated rate for the day. I was asked for names and ages of my children. Ruth stated we would pay a pet fee of $300. When I requested documentation from landlord, she said we paid a 200-pet fee. Remax collected $100 for pet insurance. I have yet to receive the documentation for that. Upon move in, the garage door was broken, ac was broken, leaking refrigerator, missing lights, electrical plate covers were missing, shower leaked, hole in soffit to attic. When I expressed concern, Ruth was very rude and defensive. We moved half-way across the country. I was never told that the property was not managed by REMAX. Everything I did was with REMAX. I have called and asked to talk to the Broker many times and he will not call back. We requested to complete a move-out walk through with Ruth and the landlord. We were denied. Jun 29th, 2020: The landlord stated that we could leave the keys in the home or call Ruth. I called Ruth to schedule dropping of the keys and to ask questions about moving out requirements and the security deposit. Ruth was very rude and told me “to take responsibly.” July 10, 2020: I called Remax to request the photos of the move in. Shortly after, Ruth messaged me, and she denied sending me the photos. She stated that the property was not managed, and I would need to get with the landlord. The landlord will not send me the photos. The landlord charged us $460 of our deposit. $300 for “Paint-Touch up” (no photo documentation), $100 for pressure wash for a stain on the drive- way, and $60 to repair a dishwasher cover plate that was missing. The plate cover was missing in the listing photos. Also, I have asked the landlord and Ruth where my security deposit was being help and if it was incurring interest. Ruth responded to me with a screenshot from google maps showing Suntrust Bank. It is the same Suntrust that the landlord works so I do not know what is happening with my deposit. All I know is that the money was taken from our deposit and we were not given the 15 days to respond.

Professional, polite and honest in his dealings, Carmelot was the seller's agent. Working through my agent, Mr. Dorsainrre answered all of my questions and was quick to respond to calls and e-mails. No delays in the purchase to finance to close process and I'm a happy camper. 5 stars to Carmelot Dorsainrre. I will consider using him as my buyer's agent in making future purchases. William E. Negative experience: I am only giving a 1 star because there is no option to not give any stars! Poor place to do business with. We have had an ongoing issue with them since August and have yet to still receive answers or satisfaction. Only 1 time has the broker returned only 1 phone call of ours and 1 email. I guess it's time for a complaint to the DBPR. They went into our home without our knowledge or consent and had work done. The realtor was not there with the contractors. They threw our stuff in piles around the house to paint and put in new carpet damaging some of our belongings and coincidentally enough now missing an item as well. I can go on for pages upon pages of things wrong with this place. Save yourself some stress and major headaches and go elsewhere!

Negative experience: RUN RUN as fast as you can. Realtor named Glen Krumenacker was the manager of a rental we rented. He did not return our security deposit. I have proof from there portal that Glenn decided how much we would get back before we even moved out. We were moving out July 28th 2017. He took 1777.44 out of my account on July 25th 2017. Remanding 172.56 in my account. So 1 month later he sent us a check for 172.56. We were still in the house on July 25th. He had not walked down the home yet because, we were still living in it. The owner of the property walked it down a couple days before we moved out. He (Jason) said we left it in better condition than when we moved in. We treated that home like it was our own. We power washed the drive way and side walk. We power washed around the pool. I am in the process of writing a complaint with the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Located in Orlando Florida.

Negative experience: I know you have some good agents but Please no one ever use their agent by the name of Lozaire , he caused me to lose my dream home by finding some buyers that were not even wanting to by my home and kept stringing me along by extending the closing date for months. Now I am in the process of sueing everyone involved to get my expenses back. Not counting other illegal things he did that I can't mention at the present but he knows what he did and i feel sure this is not the first time he has done this either. I hate to give them a one star but they don't have a place for a zero star.

He would dedicate his whole Saturday to us. He always answered all our questions, always answered his phone, and text messages. He never got annoyed with us. He was always willing to help us. Negative experience: Did not meet the bare minimum expectations... My agent failed to let me (the seller/client) know when a house was shown; failed to provide feedback; did not ensure house was left secure after a showing; and did not call weekly as agreed upon...(all items were agreed upon at both the time of referral and during our interview). Seemed more focused on renting or leasing home when it was for SALE!) Very disappointing when my feedback was provided and the company did not care to keep my business when I disclosed this info to the broker/owner. Seek business elsewhere as they believe the customer is NOT first. Do not trust what they say at all.
