Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Eric Wilhelm's professionalism and knowledge within the industry. I have worked with many real estate agents on several transaction over the years. I can say with confidence that Eric is the best agent/ broker I have ever used. One of the qualities I respected the most is his no- nonsense style. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, understood our end goal and exceeded our expectations. I had a very unique situation with integral time with-strengths. The transaction was a family owned property with one owner living out of state and the other with a very hectic work schedule.
