Fantastic experience: Jessica is a flat out powerhouse and I couldn't recommend her enough. She's the perfect balance of sweet and caring, while also being tough when needed (and it often is when buying a home). When she helped me sell my condo, she even brought various decor items to help my place photograph better for my listing. Speaking of photographs, she has the BEST photographer in her network to help you list your property, which was free of charge on top of it all! She makes herself available ridiculously fast and is the absolute best sounding board for questions throughout the entire process. One of the things that impressed me the most was the care she put into me and my property after the close was done and keys were in hand. There were a couple minor issues that came up in the few weeks after getting the keys in my hand, and Jessica solved all of them within a few hours of being contacted. You're not a commission figure to her, you're an asset for life, and I can honestly say we've become friends in the process! Long story short, if you're looking for a true professional with an amazing knowledge base and deep industry network (photographer, inspector, title company, etc.), then Jessica is your choice!

We never thought anyone would be interested in our old, tiny home, but with Jessica's marketing, communication, and real estate skills, she was able to get our home sold in no time!
