Sun Stone Property Management

Negative experience: Ali will lie underneath reviews stating that he’s never rented to those with bad reviews. Ali is an underachieving property manager, he manages properties in the most horrible conditions and doesn’t care about renters rights or safety. He’ll discuss your confidential business with other tenants, he fails to maintain property’s and he does not ensure that the owners he works for are committed to renters rights and providing a safe, secure and legally livable properties. He will do things out of retaliation, and spite. He manages Multiple roach infested properties. He is sassy, rude and disrespectful. He thinks he knows everything yet, doesn’t even know California Renter/Owner’s rights. If you speak up for yourself he will simple tell you to move if you don’t like it. He is just all around not a good person and he doesn’t realize that every thing bad he does to people will come back to him. If you are ever looking for an apartment please do not rent from anyone who has hired him as a manager! You’ll never get anything fixed.
