Fantastic experience: John & Jasmine did such a great job from the very first day. Fantastic experience: Simply put, if it wasn’t for John, we’d still be looking for a house to buy. As first time home buyers we relied heavily on John to guide us through the house hunting process… he was fantastic every step of the way. From the moment we stepped into that first house, to the close of escrow, John was punctual, communicative, honest, and aggressive on our behalf. Fantastic experience: John was excellent from start to finish. I interviewed three top agents and chose John. I was impressed with his written materials and also his online marketing. John works with a painter and a stager and recommended we modernize the interior by painting and then used his stager. I was selling my mom's house and while it was very clean, the extensive use of wallpaper from the 80s made it appear dated. I didn't live in the house, or even nearby, and John supervised the entire process. He also made some suggestions about new lighting and removing out of dated draperies and supervised that work, too. The cost of the work that was done was extremely reasonable. John lined up 51 showings in the first three days of the listing. We had nine offers! I have no doubt that we netted an extra $50,000 based on the improvements John suggested. His communication throughout the process was very good. I would definitely use John again.

This was my first time buying a home and John did an amazing job explaining the home buying process to me, and letting me know what steps I needed to take next. John was also able to calm my anxieties when there was an issue with my lender/financing John made everything as easy for me as possible. It was especially helpful that John was able to notice little details (that I would've missed) about the house that the inspector was able to confirm (like how the ac would need a drain pan and how the flooring might need work). It really helped me decide if they were things I wanted to deal with if I decided to buy the house.
