Fantastic experience: Steve is amazing at his job and genuinely a good person. We are so blessed to have found him. From our first meeting it was stress free. When we were searching for an agent, we were very concerned that our house would not sell for 6 months, possibly a year because we had to do contingent sale. We signed up with Steve in Nov but due to my unexpected surgery, my husband and I weren't able to start showing the house till Jan. Steve was very understanding. Steve was always available when i called/texted. I could text him 10 properties at 7pm and he would have them scheduled for tge very next day, or whatever day was best for us. Of course 1or 2 homes we had to work around their schedule. He had offers for us within weeks. The buyer's agent messed up and he and the buyer delayd sale, but Steve put us at ease and really went to bat for us. Made sure it didn't affect the house we were buying. He listened to us and addressed all of our needs. Did the sale and purchase as we asked. He is very respectful to everyone. We sold and bought in 2 months. He gave us time frames very accurately so we could be fully prepared for the move. He is amazing.

Fantastic experience: December 2014 I started the hunt for my first house. I used this listing website Redfin. I was first looking at places in and around lake Elsinore from around $215,000. The Redfin agent in the area was really not interested in showing me property in that price. Nor was she willing to travel to show me more listing in the I.E. . I had a feeling that I was not a big enough fish for this lady to even bother with. So I drop here as my agent and found Steve Gomez . He is a polite man. Steve respected my wish list of must haves. We saw 15+ houses all from crestline to Redlands and towards Fontana. Even with my modest budget I believe he treated me as a client that was looking for a million dollar mansion.
