Fantastic experience: John Bissman was a miracle worker. I had a unique set of circumstances that required a specific buyer and he found him! The process could not have been eaiser. I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing and had my best interests at heart. Would recommend and would use again.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany was highly recommended to us by a friend. We are very glad we took their suggestion. She came to our house and shared information about herself and The Bissman Group. She told us how to prepare our home for photos and helped us with the listing price, listing it significantly higher than we would have. We thought we had a few months until we had to sell but another place opened up for us sooner than expected. Tiffany got on it immediately with scheduling photos, coming soon and an open house all within a week. In a couple hours after the open house we had a full price offer. She helped us with the inspection. The buyers had some questions so Tiffany used her contacts who found most of the buyers requests were unwarranted. After all this, we sold in two days.
