Fantastic experience: When we had to sell our family home, after our mom had a change in her health and decided to move out of Edison, we needed to find a realtor who could take the lead and be in charge of all aspects of the sale since we live an hour away. We met Charyn and felt she would not only be that type of realtor but would also become a friend. We listed our home. Every phone call with Charyn was not only an update on offers or status on the sale, but a checkin to see how mom was recovering and how we were doing. Her support during this difficult time was constant and reassuring.

Her advice at all times was safe, her expertise and understanding of people helped us make many difficult decisions. She was available at the house when we could not be for inspections and other needs. She navigated through untold paperwork that we would have drowned in and she even (temporarily) paid certain bills for us when we were away. Finally, her connections to all sorts of companies that helped us clean and prepare the house inexpensively helped us save a lot of money with businesses that were very professional.

Fantastic experience: We have used Mr. Berger to rent our homes in South Edison for over 5 years. He was always able to get us quality renters at the price we were looking for. Mr. Berger recently suggested that it might be a good time to sell one of the properties since the market was very good. We took him up on that suggestion and decided to sell. The foot traffic into the house was amazing and we received multiple offers and sold the house very quickly! His honesty, knowledge of the market and professionalism are a rare commodity and we would definitely use him again!

Negative experience: These are times we have never seen in the last 100 years. Sad times. People losing everything that they have worked hard for. My only comment here is that a realtor from this office represented a buyer that was purchasing my home. A FSBO. To be honest there was very little communication on their end, some due to Covid-19. All we needed was communication and honestly there was none. I would never refer this realtor or this office.
