Negative experience: Very expensive and every year they changing for swimming pools 100 times I told them i never used your pool since I moved here they even don’t care about you and keep changing every year one star for this apartment complex

Negative experience: Disabled Iraq War veteran Usmc 2000-2011, ‘03,04,06,08. Without warning i get cease and desist without knowing who is complaing to resolve anything and now im homeless so either they arr anti veteran or they wanted my space. Either way the place was good maintenance has no respect for certain people and you will know. Walls are not insulated so prepare for a high gas bill winter and summer as well as lightening is dim bedroom is spacious but freazing becaise of the attic is also not properly insulated so if you have like 6 kids and desperate its a win for sure. Fantastic experience: I want to give a shout out to Beata one of the leasing agents. I originally planned to move quickly for job I had just landed and she was very responsive. But then I was laid off from the job the day before the move and she was great about breaking the lease on such short notice and getting most of my money back.

Negative experience: Millbrook completely changed over the past couple of years. Garbage everywhere, cleaning people never clean hallways upstairs and downstairs, litter all over the ground. The only section that looks amazing is the rental office. they have a nice sign saying "keep off grass" with tailored landscaping and everywhere else has garbage, cigarette buds, empty bottles thrown everywhere. Previously you couldn't have anything on your balcony and now people have their dirty clothes, anything you name it it's on there. Maintenance barely fix things and catch attitudes when they have to come back. The receptionist at the maintenance office is horrible. A lot of neighbors that live in my section in Horizon Drive have issues with her. She forgets what you called for , gets days and issues all incorrect, no urgency for anything. Dogs barking all hours of the night, music blasting all hours. The more you complain, all they say is "put it in a letter". Yet they keep charging an increase every year.

Positive experience: I been here 3 years now. It's a nice place to live very quiet, everyones friendly so far. I just wish they would keep up with maintenance on the property more. When I first moved here I always saw someone outside picking up trash if there was any on the grass area not anymore. they have carpet on the outside that gets wet obviously because of rain, looks dirty at times. They should re-paint even if it's the doors so the area looks nice and clean well kept. I just think more maintenance should be kept up on the outside to look nicer in my opinion. But it's a good area.. it's a good place to live

Fantastic experience: Missed living here but the rent has gone up higher

Positive experience: In regards to the problem being resolved immediately, 5 stars. For communication, 1 star. For involving the tenant through the process, 1 star, For the finished product, you get 2 stars. The leak was found and repaired but the job was done in 2 days. No one communicated to me that it was going to carry over and what was going to happen. I understand I don't own the apartment but it is a courtesy to involve the tenant in the process. I was called that evening only to be asked permission to enter my home the next day. The person who called knew nothing of what was happening and could not answer my questions. On the second day, the carpet was reinstalled and the wall that was repaired from trying to find the leak was painted a different color that is noticeable. The bathroom does not look as good as it did before it was torn up to find the leak. The maintenance crew is a wonderful group of people and I respect them. It is the procedure and how it is communicated between maintenance and tenant that is not in order and consistent with the end result. I also have noticeable tears in my carpet from it being pulled out.

Negative experience: Talked in the office that we can sleep to much noise second floor they told us that it was a problem to the floor if was a problem to the floor why the rent us the apartment When. They supposed to fix the problem in the second floor first the problem steel there we call to fix something in the bathroom and kitchen we make the appoint to and they never come l talk to the manager three weeks ago he promised me and nothing been done, we are very disappointed with this apartment

Fantastic experience: Everyone is really nice and very friendly. I lived on Horizon Drive for 13 years, left for a year and now moved back but now I'm on Sunrise, Millbrook North now. Really nice apartment.

Fantastic experience: The staff is great. Beata is always supportive, both times I've lived here. Jose & Joe are consistently resourceful. Eliseo has been a very helpful maintenance professional as well. Despite some issues with noise from neighbors and an ant issue due to the natural environment, they have done everything to help ensure a pleasant stay.

Positive experience: Once deciding whether to move into Millbrook, Kathy and Maria came to the rescue. Both lovely ladies were helpful and sold my wife and I to sign lease. We live on the second floor fully carpeted and it’s perfect. The kitchen is spacious and PLENTY of cabinet space. The entire apartment is spacious, CLEAN, and simply beautiful. The only issue is, I can hear the people below us at times if they are screaming at their children. I assumed the plushy carpet would block the noise. But it didn’t. Luckily it doesn’t happen frequently. Other than that, it was so far the best move we have done. Many thank you’s to Maria, Kathy and I almost forgot Batia for all the help. Fantastic Place

They took the time to answer my questions and follow-up with me afterward. The community is quiet, clean, and the units are a good size. The front office is polite and professional. Fantastic experience: Just moved in a everything has been great. From the staff to the grounds. Have encountered more insects than usual but there is lots a landscape around. Other than that we have no complaints, everyone is quite.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have lived at Millbrook for over 4 years and we absolutely love it here. The apartments are a great size, the price is very reasonable, and maintenance is extremely quick to respond to calls and fix any problem you may have. The apartment was refurbished with new appliances when we got here, and the central AC at Millbrook North works great in the summer. The location is also very nice being very near the intersection of the Turnpike, Parkway, 287, route 1, and 18 so you can get anywhere in the state. We highly recommend it.
