Fantastic experience: Frances is the best!!! This is not our first experience with Frances - we have history! In fact, we were one of her first (or maybe the first) Client of hers back in 2003 when we sold our first home. She then helped us purchase our second home. Here we are - many years later - on our THIRD home sale and purchase. She is very knowledgeable, prompt in her response, kind and gets the job DONE! She is honest and will support you through the entire journey, start to finish! There isn't much more to say, other than, Frances is the best! We couldn't imagine buying or selling with any other Agent! She is now a part of our family........

Fantastic experience: Calling Frances was the best decision I ever made. Frances was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy through out the entire process of selling my mother’s home. When I needed to sell my mother’s house, I was referred to Frances by someone who I trusted. Calling her was the best decision I made. She was extremely thorough and patient with me, every step of the way. It was so much easier than I excepted and it was all because of Frances and her team.

Fantastic experience: Frances is the best realtor! She is responsive, knowledgeable and caring. Plus she got us top dollar in the sale of our home!! Whenever we had a question or needed support, she was right there. Her experience and empathy are the perfect combination of attributes needed for buying or selling a home. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would recommend her to anyone without reservation. So glad to have found her!

Fantastic experience: Professional͏ and Dependable We met Frances during our initial market analysis and were very impressed with her! She really helped us with our analysis and, more importantly, respected our decision to try to sell FSBO. We had been solicited by many other agents during our FSBO run, and unfortunately many of them were pushy and condescending. When we decided to use an agency to sell the home, we knew we would call Frances first! It was a pleasure to work with Frances and her team. She was always available to answer her texts and calls, and she made the whole process simple and clear. She gave great advice on pricing and staging our home, used professional video and photography, and marketed our house well. We were so happy when our home sold way over asking price right after our first open house. Thank you, Frances!

Fantastic experience: Frances & her team worked hard on assisting us with the sale of our home. Frances is extremely honest, hard working & knowledgeable. Glad we chose her & the Weichert team.

Fantastic experience: Frances was simply a joy to work with. She was the agent who helped us buy, then sell.our house 6 years later in new jersey. We did not even think about hiring another agent, the connection with her was natural. She is highly professional, she knows when and where to give her advice for us to make the right decisions, she explains the buying and selling processes so that we know what to expect. And she is available! Even after she has landed the sale she does not just disappear! She answers the phone and texts fairly promptly which I really appreciated. She guided us how to renovate our house without spending money on things that wouldn't make a difference for buyers. She even took care of our mail after we sold our house and moved to another state. Well, enough said, she was just the right agent for us. Frances, again, THANK YOU!

Frances listens, she’s efficient and makes the most of your time when showing you properties. She understands your goals upfront and helps you anchor to them while going through the home buying experience. She provides good guidance but also allows you the space to make your own decisions and adjust your standards where needed. She is professional but warm and kind. Each time my offer was not accepted, she put things into perspective. She has the uncanny ability to know when we’ve found THE ONE! And it was the one, my dream home. Fantastic experience: Frances is a passionate, responsible, knowledgeable and experienced agent. We are relocating from Pennsylvania to New Jersey. She was assigned by our relocation company and help us accomplished an important task in our moving process which is that found our dreamed house at Bridgewater, NJ! One thing I especially liked is that she always quickly responsive to all of my questions and concerns. After a couple of rounds of home finding trips, she knows exactly what we like and dislike. She filtered and narrowed down the targeted house list so we save our time and not wasting our trips between Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
