Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start…If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 I would in a heart beat! Kristin Koonce is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She was literally BORN to be an agent!! This was mine and my husbands first time buying a home so we knew hardly anything about the process. Kristin answered every single question we had (and yes there were some dumb ones) with all the patience in the world. It didn’t matter what time of day or day of the week, she was always very quick to respond. If something needed to be done, she had it done before you could even think about what you were doing next. On top of her being super patient, efficient, kind, and knowing her stuff, she made searching for a home SO DANG FUN!!! Her personality will make anybody’s day 100% better!
