Negative experience: My experience with Premier Management has been extremely disappointing. After moving out of my commercial space, I completely emptied the building. I left nothing behind, including trash or debris, and the floors were left in good condition. I was then charged $300 for trash/debris removal and $1,100 for general floor cleaning, totaling $1,400 deducted from my security deposit. What makes this especially frustrating is the condition of the building when I originally moved in. I had to pressure wash grease from the walls, deal with equipment that had been abandoned by the previous restaurant, remove equipment and items that were left in the space, and clean up significant grease buildup throughout the property. I put considerable time, effort, and money into getting the space usable. To now be charged $1,100 for floor cleaning after leaving the property empty and in what I believed was reasonable condition is extremely frustrating. I would like to understand exactly what work was done, why these charges were considered necessary, and why I am responsible for costs that appear to go beyond normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, the problems were not limited to the move-out. During my tenancy, I also experienced communication that I found completely unprofessional, including having a representative raise their voice at me and hang up on me during a conversation. After years of doing business in this community, I expected a much more professional and respectful experience. Instead, I am leaving feeling extremely disappointed with how I was treated and how my security deposit was handled. I strongly encourage anyone considering renting through Premier Management to carefully document the condition of the property before moving in and before moving out, keep recordings of all communication, and carefully review any charges taken from their deposit.

Fantastic experience: I was renting a house through Premier for two years until I had to move for my job. I must say that my business with Premier was fantastic. Both Ashley and Jessica are extremely friendly, helpful and are probably some of the nicest people I've ever met. The maintenance crew are also great. Their response time for service calls is very good. If I ever find myself in the Longview area again, I'll definitely be checking with Premier first.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been renting with Primer for almost a year and our experience has been nothing but great. Anytime a maintenance issue comes up, the team goes above and beyond to get it resolved quickly. All of the maintenance staff do an excellent job, but we especially LOVE Donnie! We also can’t say enough good things about Jessica, who is always so kind, friendly, and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a positive experience with this apartment company. After 3 years I am finally moving on with my journey to a location with a bit more amenities. The staff has always been professional and friendly. Maintenance requests are also handled quickly. The location itself is very safe. Negative experience: Nasty service from this management. Specialyl Ashley, I called 2 weeks ago about a lick from the roof and I was told will get fixed. Today i woke up with my belongings wet and this Ashley instead of apologizing and been polite told me she wishes I should have told them before and to have put a bucket to hold the water, Like I was supposed to guess it never got fixed and when I told her this is something they should have fixed the first time i told them she got a nasty attitude so I matched her and she didn't like it so she hung on me. Unfortunately I have been here for a long time, but never had this experience.

Fantastic experience: The team at Premiere Management has always been helpful and friendly. We rented two separate apartments for the last three years and were impressed by how promptly they addressed any issues we brought to their attention. This is in part due to their amazing employee, Jessica Tucker, who always took the time to ensure we were happy with the resolution. We would definitely rent from Premiere again if needed.

Fantastic experience: I occupied a Premeire Management property for 2 years. The process was easy (online search, in person viewing, and paperwork). The staff was always friendly. Any issues were rectified in a timely manner. They provided filters and advised/provided precautions during various implement weather situations. The property felt very safe. The neighbors also seemed very friendly, business minded, and family oriented, so you can tell that they truly vet all of their applicants. I highly recommend them in your rental home search.

Fantastic experience: Premiere Management is Great. I have been renting from Premiere Management since 2017 when I relocated to Texas from North Carolina. The Staff has always been very nice an helpful in every way they can. In May 2019 when high winds of 80 miles per hour came through Longview and the property I was living in was struck by a tree which destroyed the roof. Premiere was very helpful, Bri, and Donnie came by to make sure I was ok. Bri, had me in another property within two days to my satisfaction. Every time I have had to call for a maintenance request or anything it has been taken care of with in 24 hours. Bri, Jessica, and Donnie are a pleasure to work with on any occasion.

Fantastic experience: Edit: 2/2/2024 - The day has come that we put in a notice to move out of our rental. I have worked closely with Jessica property-manager-extraordinaire, through the process from day one of being nervous putting a deposit down on a house I haven't seen in person, to moving in and having a couple of small issues that she got straightened right away, to my husband being late two days on rent because he simply forgot, to her getting excited about my husband 'ducking' her (it's a jeep thing), and fast forward to now as we purchase our first home and her sharing in the excitement with us reaching another milestone. I cannot speak more good about this company and about Jessica who feels kind of like family at this point, HAHA. We admittedly have had to break our lease early, and while we hope to keep on good graces and not mess over the owner of the property we also don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a property we won't be living in. Understandably we will have to pay some sort of fees and be responsible for rent until it's leased but Jessica went over our options and has worked through the process with us with grace and empathy. She perfectly walks the line between hospitality to her customers (renters) while maintaining her fiduciary duty to her clients (property owners). I will sincerely miss our interactions and I feel strongly that once we pay off this property and begin leasing it out, we will be reaching out to Premiere to assist us in the process. 2023: I have been renting from Premiere since 2021. From the first point of contact, they have been helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Jessica from the front office is truly a JEWEL and always goes out of her way for us. Austin from maintenance is educated, efficient, and truly so kind. I have not had one bad interaction with them which is in stark contrast from many other property management companies in the area. They are providing our community with such a great service and I just wanted to give them a proper shout-out.

Fantastic experience: LOVE Premiere Management! I co-own and operate Longview Tech Pros and we rent from Premiere. We have done business with them since October 2018 and have been more than pleased. We rarely have any maintenance issues, but when we do they are always very quick to respond. They always get it taken care of same or next business day. Bri, Jessica, and Donnie are all a joy to work with. I highly recommend this outstanding company!

Fantastic experience: When I stop by to pay my rent and pick up my filter, I'm always greeted with a smile. The few issues I've had were handled the same day. Maintenance crew was very polite and helpful. If you text the staff, they respond in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I've had a great experience renting from Premiere Management and recommend them.

Plus where are you going to live in quiet safe apartments where you don’t pay water or trash and a very reasonable rent. Oh and it’s across from the school. I love it here.

Fantastic experience: Been living here for years with my wife and kids, we really don't have anything to complain about. The maintenance team is always helpful no matter how many times I call. Miss Bri is always nice when we talk to her at the office. The staff I have met is cool too. If there's a problem, they do tend to fix it. No matter how long it takes.

Negative experience: Me and my wife rented a apartment at preston creek from premiere management a little less then a year ago, we where kicked out "let out of are lease agreement" when we discovered why my infant son was having such bad breathing problems and soon me and my wife to because the inside of the ventilation system was caked on every surface with black mold. At first they didn't even want to hire a professional to take a look and kept insisting on sending a member of maintenance to fix it, the maintenance told me it was because of the old faulty ventilation systems they had In the apartments would cause moisture to build up. We feared that we wouldn't be able to afford treatment if our son had gotten black mold poisoning and in a moment of weakness warned premier management that we might be pursuing legal actions which we decided not to go with once his condition got better. Now almost a year later we are desperate to find an apartment again that we can afford and seeing that preston creek was being renovated we tried to give them a chance again. They refused to take are application saying "you wouldn't be happy with anything, so because of what happened last time we would rather you bring your business elsewhere"   I didn't argue with them just walked out, and from the tone of her voice I could tell she didn't want to talk it out anyway. I did learn that none of the renovations where on the inside of the of the apartments only on the outside so it's very likely most of the apartments still have out of date air conditioning systems, and I wouldn't be surprised if they sent the maintenance guy back to are apartment after we left to just scrape the mold out with a stick to save money, premiere management is the definition of a slum lord and if you want a landlord that cares about tenant safety don't rent from them.

Fantastic experience: I just want to brag on Jessica Tucker for a minute! From start to finish she has been so extremely professional, courteous, and understanding in the renting process. Renting can be scary, doing business with a new company can be scary, giving someone a lot of money can be scary- Jessica completely eases your mind and makes the process as easy as possible! She only called me a couple times during the application process just with simple questions. It was stress-free and I didn’t have to track down a hundred people for her. She truly did all the hard work for us. When I voiced my concern about not viewing the unit before paying the deposit she cleared the air and explained their policy in a clear and understanding manner. She never once was pushy or rushed me and I completely trust that she has my best interest in mind. Good people are so few and far between these days, but Jessica is good people! EDIT 8/13 My previous post was before I even began the renting process. I figured I would keep updating this review for people who are like me, pay their bills, work hard and are honest and clean! Today was move in day and I was a bit concerned regarding the pre-move cleaning, I sent over the pics and Jessica replied right away that she would take care of it. She explained this is not typical and assured me. I don’t know how she does it but she continues to amaze and go above and beyond my expectations. Anything that Jessica has a hand in WILL be excellent. And I know this sounds like I got paid off but I’ll include an email to prove how awesome she was when I asked her about cleaning! So excited for my cute little home and to be working with such an outstanding and truly respectable company.

Fantastic experience: I have rented from them for over a year now, no complaints. Anytime I have a maintenance issue it’s taken care of immediately. Apartments are kept in great condition, would absolutely recommend.

Negative experience: We shall NEVER ever lease ANY properties from you, ever! We do NOT recommend them at all. Bad reputation has its way to come back and hunt you.

Negative experience: WORST company ever! and will post my BAD experience all over the place so everyone will know what realy is going on. these people are very well known in making changes to the lease agreement as they please. reviews on BBB confirms that. at the end of my lease they are trying to charge me for bogus fees NOT mentioned on the lease at all! they hold my deposit for two months!! the carpet was left in good condition! go somewhere else and find another company. they already had very bad reputation anyway before the reviews event existed, i just wish i knew them before!

Fantastic experience: I will not go into details about my previous situation but I will say Bri is Heaven sent and I'm overjoyed that I'm with Premiere management. I notified Bri of a situation and she had a resolution in less than 24 hours and I can't thank her and the entire staff and owner enough for what they did. I recommend them to everyone that tells me they are looking to move. Repairs are always taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you Premiere.

Negative experience: Been with them for 3 years and lease from month to month I asked Bri if I decided to move what did I need to do I informed her that ..i wasn't sure if I was or not but she said I still needed to do a notice so I did an came back to her to let her know I wasn't and she tells me my apartment has been rented with me still in it

Negative experience: STOP! Go somewhere else to lease. I have LL recommendations from every single person, that I have been a tenant, before leasing with them and since leasing with them. In fact, the place we moved to after this, had a LL that already new their reputation and warned us they were not a great choice. This company is saying we owe them over 2k and have posted it on Tenant Tracker, which is on my credit report. They are liars and say there was damage to the property. Nope. We actually left the property in better condition than when we moved in. We were not in any arrears. We refused to sign another lease with them, gave notice and moved. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very decent rent

Negative experience: Not a family friendly business. If you have small children, do not rent with them. I have paid my rent on time every single month and constantly get harassed because my 2 year old son wants to look out the window. Will NOT be signing another lease with them again. Ugly gray apartments with a horrible entrance that makes my alignment and frame to my car all messed up just trying to get home. No space in apartment and no lights in the rooms except kitchen and closets. Roof in bathroom is cheap fiber paper that goes up when you open or close it. Not worth the hassle. Won't ever make this mistake again.

Negative experience: This is the WORST management service EVER! the owner -scott- is someone who will suck your money out of you. they make you sign a lease and you are 100% fully responsible for anything, what do they do then??? they only thing they do is to make you pay the lease. that's all. Little did I know they have the WORST reputation in the area. Had I knew about them, I would NEVER be part of it. the management is the most cynical, hypocrites, rude, disorganized, self center people I've never met before in my entire life. I would NEVER be friends with any of them, no way!
