Fantastic experience: We met CLINT ALLRED about 4 months ago. His unassuming nature, at first, led me to believe that he was inexperienced as a real estate agent. How wrong my assumption was! Clint assessed our needs and desires and went to work for us. When the home we initially visited didn't meet work for us, Clint found a home that was exactly what we were looking for, a home we would never have discovered on our own. It met all our requirements. Clint held our hands as we crafted an offer. The devil is in the details and Clint was very attentive to the details. The inspection showed that there were several things that needed to be repaired or fixed. As a result, there were concessions and adjustments that we needed and Clint negotiated them with the seller and the seller's agent. As we approached the closing, there were several details that required oversight. Clint took the initiative. From our end, Clint made the purchase, and the whole experience, easy. Fantastic experience: Clint Allred was able to sell our house $16,000.00 over asking price. He walked us through all the steps to make it easier on us. We had a time limit to be out and wasn’t sure if we would get all our things out on time but Clint offered to help us move if needed. I was pretty surprised but was nice to know we had extra help if needed. Selling a house and buying a new one is stressful but when we had questions or concerns we were able to reach out and have our questions answered the same day which was really nice.
