Negative experience: They've called me 5 times this morning about a house that I don't live in and have no relation to, each time I've asked them to take me off their list. I was finally able to get their name (after calling the number back 6 times the guy just wouldn't give it to me the first 5) when I simply asked for the company name so I could write this review, he said things like "you sound very upset and this is obviously the wrong number now can I please get back to work" when they have interrupted my job multiple times this morning. Update: Got another call from Andrew Knizley after two other agents tried to call me from Keller when I asked not to be called. At this point I've gotten over 7 calls today and I wanted further information on just how to stop getting these calls(mind you I'm not acting upset on the phone just....curious how I can get these calls stopped as I am expecting other calls and working my job) he just said hung up, I called back 7 times to no avail and left a VM. Will continue trying to get to the bottom of this on Monday.

Negative experience: They constantly send me messages and emails unsolicited and it gets really annoying. I don’t want to join your brokerage and I don’t want you to contact me.

Negative experience: Very unethical. They took advantage of us being first time home buyers. Ive been in my new house for less than 30 days and have major electrical and plumbing issues. We were not advised by them to seek extra inspections by professional electricians or plumbers, even though its written all over our home inspection report. I dont think they even read the report.

Negative experience: They are stealing phone numbers from sketchy places and sending out mass text messages. Absolute terrible people. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal activity.

Fantastic experience: Used their agent to sell my , and to buy a new one..Very friendly staff,always willing to help and explain things, but above everyone is my wonderful agent Lori,who became a true friend during the process,but she does an amazing job,goes way above and beyond to make it a great experience and to make you feel comfortable during the whole ordeal...From the bottom of my ❤ ,thank you,Lori!!!

We tried to sell it ourselves just to get depressed and stressed out :((.. then Sherry reached out to us to sell it for us, and we decided to give her a shot. With her hard work, she relieved us from SO much stress. She was very helpful, very honest and Communicative through the whole process. Negative experience: Very disappointed with this realty. Very unprofessional and unethical. We tried to purchase a home being brokered by Keller Williams SVR, and the realtor(josh E.) would not return our phone calls or be upfront about anything. At first we were told we would know if if they accepted our offer by Saturday, and the realtor called our realtor and told him they would make a decision by Monday at noon. The listing was even updated online to tell people they needed to have their best offers in by Monday at noon. We waited patiently. Monday came and we heard nothing. Our realtor called and texted him all day and did not hear a response. It's Tuesday morning and we are still waiting for a response.

Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, my expectation on this experience was only based on what I've heard about from family and researched myself. The verdict is out and the home purchasing experience SUUUUUUCKS!!!!!!! It's over complicated, way too drawn out, and as great as e-signing is, I wouldn't call it an innovation or re-designing the way home buying/selling works. It feels feels barbaric and quite possibly the only remaining glimpse of how cavemen used to do things. With that said, Keller Williams was fantastic. They made the mess of an experience that is home buying, as smooth as they possibly could. We received great recommendations, some of which we accepted, and others where we came to our own conclusions. As a rookie, I felt like they were more interested in helping me to understand the process and succeed in my housing goals more than hustling me for more cash/higher commissions like auto dealers do, which was much appreciated. I'd definitely use them again.
