Fantastic experience: Team McEwen is amazing! They have worked with me and my family a few times and I would absolutely work with them again. They are polite, professional, they listen to all questions and concerns and go the extra mile for their clients. I worked with Sarah McEwen a lot and she would be there to meet with inspectors and repair companies when I could not. She would make sure I understood every step of the process and always clearly communicated every step, change, paper, and process. I strongly recommend Sarah and Susan McEwen!

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure to close with Watson Title. My preferred closer, Mirlene, makes it all come together no matter what location. Local closer to this office was pleasant and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Lisa Stewart went above and beyond to sell my property. She really cares about her clients.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer was incredible throughout our home buying experience. We bought new construction that took 19 months. Throughout the entire process she was very helpful fighting on our behalf. She met us at every walkthrough and gave us great advice throughout the entire process.

Fantastic experience: Jen made the move an easy process and had our best interests in mind.

Fantastic experience: We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have had Jennifer Solomon represent us for our purchase. She was professional and knowledgeable and dedicated to ensuring we had all the pertinent information to make a good decision. What a pleasure she is to work with.

Fantastic experience: Lisa Stewart is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Solomon was our agent in our real estate transaction. I would rate her 5 stars and the BEST associate we worked with in the Fernandina beach market! Totally professional, non-emotional, will assist with ANY question or concern that a buyer has during the home buying process. Process driven she establishes timelines for critical phases in the process very early on and stay on top of all issues should they arise. In the future if we ever need a professional agent, Jennifer would be our first call!

Fantastic experience: Lesia Freeman Waldrip listed our house for us. She did a fantastic job guiding us through the process and helped us understand each offer that came in. Very professional, friendly service. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: We had an awesome experience with Watson Amelia Island and our agent Jennifer Solomon. She gets the job done and we highly recommend her for your home purchase or selling needs.

Fantastic experience: Gary Farnsworth was fantastic to work with!

Fantastic experience: Questions were answered quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer said she would find us a home and she found us one at a great price and almost exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Nassau county area of Florida.

Fantastic experience: Kristina Hinson did an outstanding job helping us into our home in such a hard market to buy in. Our home is exactly what we were wanting when we explained what we were looking for. Without a doubt or hesitation we would seek Kristina out for any and all of our house buying, or selling, wants, needs, or questions. She's extremely knowledgeable about her inventory and takes the time to understand her customers needs.

Fantastic experience: Charlie Duke and the Watson Team helped us sell our home and buy a new one when we had to upsize as a result of having our 4 year old granddaughter become part of our immediate family. Charlie helped make sure the new home would meet our needs from having space for a Barbie Dream House and space to build a pool. He nudged us to raise our selling price. He knew what the market would bring. He was kind and patient with our granddaughter. He became ‘her Charlie Duke’. Thanks!!!!

Fantastic experience: If you need to buy or sell in Nassau county, reach out to Angela Garcia at Watson Realty. She will get you top dollar on the sale and handles everything from listing to closing. Angela keeps you informed every step of the way. She always goes above and beyond for her clients. She’s very knowledgeable with the real estate market, so even if you need advice she can steer you in the right direction.

Fantastic experience: Sandy is super knowledgeable, and efficient, and truly cares about her clients home purchase experience. She will help you stream line the process, and be into your new home ASAP.

Fantastic experience: We had a very good experience with Watson Realty. My daughter recommended them and Sam Sell was a very good agent.

Fantastic experience: As usual Angela went well above what is expected

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough regarding our relationship with Mike. Always professional, willing to go the extra mile. Always patient and understanding on how stressful moving can be!

Negative experience: Reply to owner: Despite the comment from my ex-wife a few days prior, Leslie was extremely dishonest to me and after being called out was the opposite of what was needed. Then has the audacity to call my employer and lie. I asked her to have the broker reach out to me, she refused. I emailed the broker with no response. So I'm curious what you think we will resolve? It only seems like there is an interest after a public review. Feel free to have someone respond to my email, and I will show you all the proof I have about Leslie's issues prior to sending then elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Great experience selling my home!

Fantastic experience: Angela Garcia is the best! Thank you Angela!

Fantastic experience: Angela is awesome. This is my second time using her to purchase a home and I recommend her to everyone. She’s always on top of things and is helpful every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: Mike Hagel is a one of a kind partner as a realtor. Since 2007 I have been working exclusively with him (on 4 real estate transactions), and know that he always has my best interest in mind when negotiating. He takes care of items outside the realm of a "normal" realtor while assisting with contractor repairs, staging companies, etc. I truly appreciate his professionalism, and now consider him a friend, not just business aquaintance. Mike is the person who will always give you frank and honest guidance (even knowing sometimes you might not want to hear it). I would never consider working with anybody else. Bill Fassbender

Fantastic experience: David Bandelin is the definition of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from agent Jen Solomon. Would highly recommend to anyone selling or shopping for a home.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for everything!

Fantastic experience: Kaylee Higginbotham was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the market and very responsive to my questions and concerns. She made selling my property a quick and easy process. I would definitely work with her again if the another opportunity arises.

Fantastic experience: I received prompt, efficitent service from Jennifer every time I contacted her over the past few years.

Fantastic experience: Well established realty firm very familiar with the area.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had the absolute best experience selling our home with Fran Holland Farnsworth. We are a military family currently living 500 miles from our home we were selling and she kept us updated every step of the way and worked tirelessly to get us everything we wanted from the sale. If we ever find ourselves back in North Florida, she will be our first call.

Fantastic experience: Thanks for all the great information on the housing market. Friendly and professional staff

Positive experience: very religious

Fantastic experience: We listed our home in Yulee, Florida with Heather Hagan of Watson Realty. It was the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. Heather goes above and beyond to sell a home. I can't imagine using anyone else to get the job done. Thank you Heather for being so wonderful and easy to work with.

Fantastic experience: We recently purchased a new home in Fernandina Beach. Our realtor, Susan McEwen was fantastic to work with. She took great care of us and found us exactly what we were looking for. After closing we discovered something that the sellers realtor had told us was completed had not actually been done and he had no interest in making it right. Susan and the Watson team stepped in and took care of the situation, they went above and beyond to make things right for us. We would highly recommend if you're looking for a permanent or vacation home in the area that you work with Susan and the Watson Realty team they are true professionals who deliver excellent customer service.
