Fantastic experience: To start Leo is absolutely amazing!! I have worked w/ other realtors in the past and had ok experiences but Leo is more than ok. He is truly rooted in the best experience for his clients, upfront and honest, while always being professional. Leo was referred to me by a friend when I needed to sell my condo and purchase rather quickly due to my job transferring to Northern NJ. When purchasing he provided the the resources and contacts to help. This year I reached out in a panic, due to my mom becoming terminally ill. I didn't know if I should rent or sell my condo or my mom's home as she needed 24 care. Yet I had to make a decision fast. Leo was there immediately hands on, packed with knowledge and again providing all the to dos I needed. Unfortunately my mom passed but as always Leo reached out often seeing how he could help even if it had nothing to do with real-estate. Having my condo listed for rent & paying 2 mortgages began to overwhelm me and again he stepped in, came up with an executive decision I couldn't have made without him and within 2 days my condo was shown, tenants application was in, interview was set up and terms agreed upon. Leo handled all the legwork HOA paperwork, to dos for the tenant and today May 1st I have a sigh of relief all thanks to the best realtor in the state of NJ.
