She was invested in us finding the right home for us, never pushed us on anything, and was extremely patient. Negative experience: Worse experience of my life buying a home was with Mission realty. Once I dumped them the process was turned into a great experience. Juan was very unprofessional and disrespectful. They don’t treat you with respect. They also don’t have your best interest at heart. There is always another option out there for realtors. Anyone is better.

Negative experience: We met with Ron, a very nice gentleman the day we discussed what we were looking for. However, do not trust his word. He promised he would be in touch, send us listings, put us in touch with his lenders. NONE of this happened. I felt abandoned, forgotten and disappointed. A man that does not deliver to his promises cannot be trusted and him being the owner talks about his company. I contacted him and told him how i felt and didn’t even receive an apology.
