Negative experience: I was introduced to Colin by a friend who told me he was very thorough and would help his client end to end. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t align with that, with major things below: Colin referred us to a home inspector who overlooked several major issues in the house—problems that a thorough inspection should have caught. These oversights led to significant stress and unexpected costs later on. After these issues surfaced, communication from Colin often became slow or unresponsive, which made the situation even more difficult. Another concern was the way offers were handled. At times, Colin messaged and encouraged competing with other buyers in a way that pushed beyond the budget we had clearly discussed beforehand. As first-time buyers, this felt uncomfortable and, frankly, not in our best interest. I’ve learned a lot through this experience, but if you’re also new to the process, I personally would not choose to work with Colin.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Colin when my father was ill. He found a buyer fairly quickly and I was able to sell my home at full price, but had to close in 14 days and as a single parent and divorcee flying back and forth to/from Ohio, it was extremely stressful but Colin made it seamless, effortless and even helped seal the patches from a shelf that was removed from wall the day of my closing in Washington, because I was also closing on a house in Texas and I was driving so I was on a serious time crunch and moving in 14 days just added pressure, but I closed. I appreciate Colin's professionalism, expedited customer service and his overall understanding and support because it really helped during a dark/overwhelming period in my life. My father passed in the process of my home sell, so I was overwhelmed in general, but like I said Colin really cares about his clientele and Colin's was not out for the money although he did get paid. He went above and everything worked out in the end. If I ever move back to Washington, I'm going to seek his services, because he is sincere which is a rare trait in the real estate industry.
