Fantastic experience: How did we get to know Christina? It started with my daughter's family from eight or nine years ago. My son-in-law Chris works for Blue Origin. When he decided to move from West Texas back to Blue Origin headquarter near Renton WA, there was this buzzword about a very nice local realtor helping Blue's young families settling into local communities. After having difficulties with another local real estate firm and agent my wife and I were desperate to find someone who could be more professional and helpful. She has all of the desirable qualities of an agent – knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Even with those strong qualities as a high baseline, she still exceeded my expectation of an agent during the whole process, by providing advice and insight on factors that I would not have considered on my own. Christina was incredibly patient during my search, and made herself readily available for any homes I wanted to see. She took the time to know what factors were important to me, and in turn, ended up saving me a lot of time and energy I would have spent seeing homes that Christina could already tell were not a good fit for me. Example: Christina got to know at our first meeting that I wanted a place that was “move in ready.” I was willing to paint perhaps one wall and put up one closet rod, but that was about it. It is often hard to see small water damage, cracks, and little details that would deter me in photos. Christina did just about everything for me at one point or another. She stopped by a home and took a peek in before I viewed it to let me know there was a crack in the garage. She called a listing agent to inquire about a spot on the ceiling her keen eyes caught that mine couldn’t (ended up being a small bit of water damage). All of her pre-work/inspection bringing attention to “deal breakers” for me saved a lot of time on my part.
