Fantastic experience: Martin Burke is an amazing agent and person! We just closed on a house he listed for us. Martin was proactive, organized, and super knowledgeable about houses and the market -- effortlessly handling the many, many facets that go into selling a house. The photography firm he hired was so talented, which is extremely important with many people moving to the area from out-of-state and only having photos to decide which houses to consider. His communication was excellent, always keeping us up to date with where we were in the process. His kindness and patience kept me from going down a rabbit hole several times. We were out of the country when the buyers inspection report came back. We didn’t receive the report until 5:30 or 6:00 on the Wednesday evening before July 4th weekend (Friday was the 4th). By 1:30 the next day (Thursday) he had already called and met with a contractor to get an estimate for the items that needed attention. He emailed us the estimate from the contractor immediately and within an hour of us approving the estimate from overseas had an appointment scheduled for the work to begin directly following the holiday weekend. The difference between Martin and many other agents is that he absolutely loves what he does. He is a people person, and he gets so much satisfaction helping people realize their dreams of finding the perfect home or moving on to a new adventure like we have. I can’t say enough about Martin – as my co-worker who also used to him to purchase his house, says, “Martin is the GOAT!”
