Fantastic experience: I'm a repeat customer of Cathy's. The first time was in 2008 when the housing market took a dive. I'd gone to a total of 5 agents for an eval of my home's worth. The 1st two were $95,000 apart, which is why I kept looking. Cathy's eval was in the middle and the home sold for right in that ballpark. She was referred to me from a co-worker who spoke to her honesty and ability to put the buyer at ease. Cathy conducted several open houses for us, as the market was so soft. Always informed and pleasant, a great listener, hard worker and problem solver. The second time was in 2017 and the condo was priced perfectly. It sold with the first and only showing, and after their third offer, for the asking price with no settlement help. No open houses this time! I wish I'd have bought from Cathy, after the first house sold. She's straight up and knows the market. I'm now out of the area, but I'm using her if I ever buy in the area again!
